Everything in this book that is narrated from Al-Husayn ibn Abi Al-'Ala has been transmitted by me from my father - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Sa'd ibn Abdullah, from Muhammad ibn Al-Husayn ibn Abi Al-Khattab, from Musa ibn Sa'dan, from Abdullah ibn Abi Al-Qasim, from Al-Husayn ibn Abi Al-'Ala Al-Khaffaf, the freed servant (mawla) of Banu Asad.
عن أبي- رضي اللّه عنه- عن سعد بن عبد اللّه، عن محمّد بن الحسين بن أبي الخطّاب، عن موسى بن سعدان، عن عبد اللّه بن أبي القاسم، عن الحسين بن أبي العلاء الخفّاف مولى بني أسد.
و ما كان فيه عن الحسين بن أبي العلاء فقد رويته

hadith 449
1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.), “One who recites Surah Infitar and Surah Inshiqaq in his obligatory and recommended prayer, Allah will eliminate all the barriers to the fulfillment of his desires. There would be nothing to stop him. Allah will look at him with mercy till accounting of deeds of all the people is done.”
بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ أَبِی الْعَلَاءِ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع یَقُولُ مَنْ قَرَأَ هَاتَیْنِ السُّورَتَیْنِ وَ جَعَلَهُمَا نُصْبَ عَیْنِهِ فِی صَلَاهِ الْفَرِیضَهِ وَ النَّافِلَهِ لَمْ یَحْجُبْهُ اللَّهُ مِنْ حَاجَهٍ وَ لَمْ یَحْجُزْهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ حَاجِزٌ وَ لَمْ یَزَلْ یَنْظُرُ إِلَیْهِ حَتَّی یَفْرُغَ مِنْ حِسَابِ النَّاسِ.

hadith 1039
Hadith.2607 - Al-Husayn ibn Abi al-‘Ala’ asked Imam (as) about a garment for a Muhrim that has been stained with saffron and then washed. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in it if the scent has been removed. Even if it has been entirely dyed, as long as it leans toward whiteness and has been washed, there is no harm in it."
2607 - وَ سَأَلَهُ اَلْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ أَبِي اَلْعَلاَءِ : عَنِ اَلثَّوْبِ لِلْمُحْرِمِ يُصِيبُهُ اَلزَّعْفَرَانُ ثُمَّ يُغْسَلُ فَقَالَ
«لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ إِذَا ذَهَبَ رِيحُهُ وَ لَوْ كَانَ مَصْبُوغاً كُلُّهُ إِذَا ضُرِبَ إِلَى اَلْبَيَاضِ وَ غُسِلَ فَلاَ بَأْسَ ».

hadith 474
1. Imam as-Sadiq (a.s.) said: Whoever recites Surah Kafiroon and Surah Tauheed in one of his obligatory prayers, Allah grants forgiveness for him, for his parents and for his children, and if his name is written in the register of unfortunate and disobedient persons, then after erasing it He writes in it the register of virtuous and happy people and Allah would grant him the death of a martyr and raise him on the Day of Judgment with the martyrs.
وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ أَبِی الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع مَنْ قَرَأَ قُلْ یا أَیُّهَا الْکافِرُونَ وَ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ فِی فَرِیضَهٍ مِنَ الْفَرَائِضِ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ وَ لِوَالِدَیْهِ وَ مَا وَلَدَ وَ إِنْ
کَانَ شَقِیّاً مُحِیَ مِنْ دِیوَانِ الْأَشْقِیَاءِ وَ أُثْبِتَ فِی دِیوَانِ السُّعَ��َاءِ وَ أَحْیَاهُ اللَّهُ سَعِیداً وَ أَمَاتَهُ شَهِیداً وَ بَعَثَهُ شَهِیداً.

hadith 468
1. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to me by Muhammad b. Yahya from Muhammad b. Ahmad from Muhammad b. Ahmad from Ismail b. Mihran from al-Hassan from al-Hussain b. Abi al-’Ala from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said
Whoever recites Surah Asr in his optional prayers, Allah would raise him on the Day of Judgment with cheerful and smiling face and happy and cool eyes, and eventually he would be admitted into Paradise.
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ یَحْیَی عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِیلَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ أَبِی الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
مَنْ قَرَأَ وَ الْعَصْرِ فِی نَوَافِلِهِ بَعَثَهُ اللَّهُ یَوْمَ الْقِیَامَهِ مُشْرِقاً وَجْهُهُ ضَاحِکاً سِنُّهُ قَرِیرَهً عَیْنُهُ حَتَّی یَدْخُلَ الْجَنَّهَ.

hadith 469
1. And from the previous chain from al-Hassan from al-Hussain b. Abi al-’Ala from Abi Basir from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said
Whoever recites ‘Wailul Lekulle Humazah’ (Surah Humazah) in his obligatory prayers, Allah would remove poverty and destitution from him and make livelihood easy for him and also keep him safe from accidental or bad death.
وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ أَبِی الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِی بَصِیرٍ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
مَنْ قَرَأَ وَیْلٌ لِکُلِّ هُمَزَهٍ فِی فَرَائِضِهِ أَبْعَدَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ الْفَقْرَ وَ جَلَبَ عَلَیْهِ الرِّزْقَ وَ یَدْفَعُ عَنْهُ مِیتَهَ السَّوْءِ.

hadith 487
1. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to me by Ahmad b. Idris from Muhammad b. Ahmad from Muhammad b. Ahmad from Ismail b. Mihran from al-Hassan from al-Hussain b. Abi al-’Ala from Abi ’Ubayda al-Hadha from Abi Ja’far (a.s.) who said
One who recites in Watr Prayer Surah Falaq and Surah Naas with Surah Tauheed, it is said to him: O Servant of Allah! Congratulations! Allah has accepted your Midnight Prayer.
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِدْرِیسَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِیلَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ أَبِی الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِی عُبَیْدَهَ الْحَذَّاءِ عَنْ أَبِی جَعْفَرٍ ع قَالَ
مَنْ أَوْتَرَ بِالْمُعَوِّذَتَیْنِ وَ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ قِیلَ لَهُ یَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ أَبْشِرْ فَقَدْ قَبِلَ اللَّهُ وَتْرَکَ.

hadith 429
1. My father (rah) said: it was narrated to me by Ahmad b. Idris from Muhammad b. Ahmad from Ismail b. Mihran from al-Hassan from al-Hussain b. Abi al-’Ala from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said
“One who recites Surah Hadid and Mujadila in obligatory prayers regularly, Allah will not involve him in chastisement till his death. He and his family will not face any difficulty and his body will remain proper and flawless.”
أَبِی ره قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِدْرِیسَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَسَّانَ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِیلَ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ أَبِی الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
مَنْ قَرَأَ سُورَهَ الْحَدِیدِ وَ الْمُجَادَلَهِ فِی صَلَاهٍ فَرِیضَهٍ أَدْمَنَهَا لَمْ یُعَذِّبْهُ اللَّهُ حَتَّی یَمُوتَ أَبَداً وَ لَا یَرَی فِی نَفْسِهِ وَ لَا أَهْلِهِ سُوءاً أَبَداً وَ لَا خَصَاصَهً فِی بَدَنِهِ.

hadith 461
2. And from the previous chain from al-Hassan from his father al-Hussain b. Abi al-’Ala from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said
“Whoever recites it in his obligatory prayers Allah makes an announcer to announce: O servant of Allah all your past sins have been forgiven; now you pay attention to your deeds.”
وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ أَبِیهِ الْحُسَیْنِ بْنِ أَبِی الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
مَنْ قَرَأَ إِنَّا أَنْزَلْنَاهُ فِی فَرِیضَهٍ مِنْ فَرَائِضِ اللَّهِ نَادَی مُنَادٍ یَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَکَ مَا مَضَی فَاسْتَأْنِفِ الْعَمَلَ.

(12) Ahmad bin Hawtha al-Bahili narrated from Ibraheem bin Iss’haq an-Nahawandi from Abdullah bin Hammad al-Ansari from al-Husayn bin al-Ala’ from Abdullah bin Abu Ya’foor that Abu Ja’far al-Baqir (as) had said
“The Abbasids and al-Marwani will meet in Qarqeessiya’ in a terrible battle that causes a young boy to age. Allah will preclude them from gaining victory and will reveal to the birds in the sky and the beasts on the ground to satiate themselves with the flesh of the tyrants. After that as-Sufyani will rise.”
12 - أخبرنا أحمد بن هوذة الباهلي قال: حدثنا إبراهيم بن إسحاق النهاوندي عن عبد الله بن حماد الأنصاري، عن الحسين بن أبي العلاء، عن عبد الله بن أبي يعفور قال
قال لي أبو جعفر الباقر: إن لولد العباس والمرواني لوقعة بقرقيسياء يشيب فيها الغلام الحزور، ويرفع الله عنهم النصر، ويوحي إلى طير السماء وسباع الأرض: اشبعي من لحوم الجبارين، ثم يخرج السفياني.

hadith 448
4. Ahmad ibn Mihran has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ali from al-Husayn Ibn Abu ‘Ala’ from Abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.): I (the narrator) said to him
“Can the earth be without Imam?” The Imam (a.s.) said, “No.”
4ـ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مِهْرَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلاءِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ تَبْقَى الارْضُ بِغَيْرِ إِمَامٍ قَالَ لا.

H 124 - It is narrated from Ahmad bin Idris from Ali bin Muhammad from Fadhl bin Shazan from Muhammad Ibn Abi Umair from Husain bin Abu Alaa from Abu Basir from Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s) that he said
“When His Eminence, Salman Farsi entered Kufa, he glanced at it and mentioned all the troubles and events that were to occur in it till he mentioned about Bani Umayyah rulers and the period after them. After that he said: ‘When all this is over, you must remain confined to your houses till the reappearance of the master of the affair, the pure one, son of the pure and purifying. The one who has occultation and who is the ‘Shareed’ and ‘Tareed’
124- أحمد بن إدريس عن علي بن محمد عن الفضل بن شاذان عن محمد بن أبي عمير عن الحسين بن أبي العلاء عن أبي بصير عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام قال
لما دخل سلمان رضي الله عنه الكوفة ونظـر إليهـا ذكـر مـا يكون من بلائها حتى ذكر ملك بني أمية والذين من بعدهم. ثم قال: فإذا كان ذلك فالزموا أحلاس بيوتكم حتى يظهر الطاهر ابن الطاهر المطهر ذو الغيبة الشريد الطريد.

Hadith.3669 - Al-Husayn ibn Abi Al-Ala narrated that he said
I said to Abu Abdillah (as), "What is permissible for a man to take from the wealth of his child?" Imam (as) said: "His sustenance without extravagance if he is in need." He said: "I then asked him about the saying of the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family), 'You and your wealth belong to your father.'" Imam (as) replied: "Indeed, the father brought his case to the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) and said: 'O Messenger of Allah (swt), this is my son, and he has wronged me concerning my inheritance from his mother.' The father then informed him that he had spent it on him and on himself. So, the Prophet (peace be upon him and his family) said: 'You and your wealth belong to your father.' The man had nothing left with him, so would the Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) imprison a father for the sake of his son?'"
3669 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ أَبِي اَلْعَلاَءِ قَالَ
قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ مَا يَحِلُّ لِلرَّجُلِ مِنْ مَالِ وُلْدِهِ قَالَ "قُوتُهُ بِغَيْرِ سَرَفٍ إِذَا اُضْطُرَّ إِلَيْهِ " قَالَ فَقُلْتُ لَهُ فَقَوْلُ رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ "أَنْتَ وَ مَالُكَ لِأَبِيكَ" فَقَالَ "إِنَّمَا جَاءَ بِأَبِيهِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ هَذَا أَبِي وَ قَدْ ظَلَمَنِي مِيرَاثِي مِنْ أُمِّي فَأَخْبَرَهُ اَلْأَبُ أَنَّهُ قَدْ أَنْفَقَهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ عَلَى نَفْسِهِ فَقَالَ "أَنْتَ وَ مَالُكَ لِأَبِيكَ" وَ لَمْ يَكُنْ عِنْدَ اَلرَّجُلِ شَيْءٌ أَ فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ يَحْبِسُ أَباً لاِبْنٍ".

7. Ali has narrated from Salih al-Sindiy from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from al-Husayn ibn abu al-‘Ala’ from abu ‘Umar al-Sarraj who has said the following: “About the case of a man with whom stolen goods were found, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘
He is held responsible unless he presents testimony against the seller such as witnesses.”’
7- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلاءِ عَنْ أَبِي عُمَرَ السَّرَّاجِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي الرَّجُلِ يُوجَدُ عِنْدَهُ السَّرِقَةُ قَالَ
هُوَ غَارِمٌ إِذَا لَمْ يَأْتِ عَلَى بَائِعِهَا بِشُهُودٍ.

hadith 1491
11. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Ali al-Nu‘man from al-Flusayn ibn abu al-‘Ala’ who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘I come to the Imam when he is one Rak‘at ahead of me in the morning Salah (prayer). When he says Sal am (the phrase of offering greeting of peace) I, thinking to have completed, remain speaking of Allah until sunrise. At sunrise I stood up and remembered that the Imam was one Rak‘at ahead of me.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘If you are still in your place, complete it with one Rak‘at but if you have moved away, perform your Salah (prayer) again.’”
11ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلاَءِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
قُلْتُ أَجِي‏ءُ إِلَى الإِمَامِ وَقَدْ سَبَقَنِي بِرَكْعَةٍ فِي الْفَجْرِ فَلَمَّا سَلَّمَ وَقَعَ فِي قَلْبِي أَنِّي أَتْمَمْتُ فَلَمْ أَزَلْ ذَاكِراً لله حَتَّى طَلَعَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَلَمَّا طَلَعَتْ نَهَضْتُ فَذَكَرْتُ أَنَّ الإِمَامَ كَانَ سَبَقَنِي بِرَكْعَةٍ فَقَالَ إِنْ كُنْتَ فِي مَقَامِكَ فَأَتِمَّ بِرَكْعَةٍ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ قَدِ انْصَرَفْتَ فَعَلَيْكَ الإِعَادَةُ.

1. My father, may Allah grant him mercy, said: We were told by Sa’d bin Abdullah, from Muhammed bin Hasan, from Ja’far ibn Basheer, from Hussain bin Abi’l-‘Alaa’, from Abdullah bin Maysara, that he said
I said to Abu Abdillah, peace be upon him: We only say: «O Allah, send Your blessings upon Muhammed and the Family of Muhammed» Some people then say: «We are the Family of Muhammed. Then he said: The Family of Muhammed are only those whom Allah, Exalted and Glorious is He, forbade Muhammed to marry.
أبي - رحمه الله - قال: حدثنا سعد بن عبد الله، عن محمد بن الحسن، عن جعفر ابن بشير، عن الحسين بن أبي العلاء، عن عبد الله بن ميسرة، قال
قلت لأبي عبد الله عليه السلام: إنا نقول: اللهم صل على محمد وآل محمد . فيقول قوم: نحن آل محمد فقال: إنما آل محمد من حرم الله عز وجل على محمد نكاحه.

hadith 644
Hadith.644 - It was narrated by Al-Hussain ibn Abi al-Ala' from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) that He said: "When Adam (as) was sent down from Paradise, a black mark appeared on his face from his head to his feet. His sorrow and weeping over what had befallen him continued for a long time. Archangel Jibril (as) came to him and said
'O’ Adam, what makes you weep?' He said: 'This mark that has appeared on me.' Archangel Jibril (as) said: 'Stand up, O’ Adam, and pray, for this is the time of the first prayer.' Adam stood and prayed, and the mark receded to his neck. Archangel Jibril (as) came to him at the time of the second prayer and said: 'Stand and pray, O’ Adam, for this is the time of the second prayer.' Adam stood and prayed, and the mark receded to his navel. Archangel Jibril (as) came again for the third prayer and said: 'O’ Adam, stand and pray, for this is the time of the third prayer.' Adam stood and prayed, and the mark receded to his knees. Archangel Jibril (as) then came for the fourth prayer and said: 'O’ Adam, stand and pray, for this is the time of the fourth prayer.' Adam stood and prayed, and the mark receded to his feet. Archangel Jibril (as) finally came for the fifth prayer and said: 'O’ Adam, stand and pray, for this is the time of the fifth prayer.' Adam stood and prayed, and the mark disappeared. Adam praised and thanked Allah (swt), and Archangel Jibril (as) said: 'O’ Adam, the example of your descendants in these prayers is like your example with this mark. Whoever among your descendants prays the five daily prayers, his sins will be removed just as this mark was removed from you.'"
644 - مَا رَوَاهُ اَلْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ أَبِي اَلْعَلاَءِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ - «لَمَّا أُهْبِطَ آدَمُ مِنَ اَلْجَنَّةِ ظَهَرَتْ بِهِ شَامَةٌ سَوْدَاءُ فِي وَجْهِهِ مِنْ قَرْنِهِ إِلَى قَدَمِهِ فَطَالَ حُزْنُهُ وَ بُكَاؤُهُ عَلَى مَا ظَهَرَ بِهِ فَأَتَاهُ جَبْرَئِيلُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ فَقَالَ لَهُ مَا يُبْكِيكَ يَا آدَمُ فَقَالَ مِنْ هَذِهِ اَلشَّامَةِ اَلَّتِي ظَهَرَتِ بِي قَالَ قُمْ يَا آدَمُ فَصَلِّ فَهَذَا وَقْتُ اَلصَّلاَةِ اَلْأُولَى فَقَامَ فَصَلَّى فَانْحَطَّتِ اَلشَّامَةُ إِلَى عُنُقِهِ فَجَاءَهُ فِي اَلصَّلاَةِ اَلثَّانِيَةِ فَقَالَ قُمْ فَصَلِّ يَا آدَمُ فَهَذَا وَقْتُ اَلصَّلاَةِ اَلثَّانِيَةِ فَقَامَ فَصَلَّى فَانْحَطَّتِ اَلشَّامَةُ إِلَى سُرَّتِهِ فَجَاءَهُ فِي اَلصَّلاَةِ اَلثَّالِثَةِ فَقَالَ يَا آدَمُ قُمْ فَصَلِّ فَهَذَا وَقْتُ اَلصَّلاَةِ اَلثَّالِثَةِ فَقَامَ فَصَلَّى فَانْحَطَّتِ اَلشَّامَةُ إِلَى رُكْبَتَيْهِ فَجَاءَهُ فِي اَلصَّلاَةِ اَلرَّابِعَةِ فَقَالَ يَا آدَمُ قُمْ فَصَلِّ فَهَذَا وَقْتُ اَلصَّلاَةِ اَلرَّابِعَةِ فَقَامَ فَصَلَّى فَانْحَطَّتِ اَلشَّامَةُ إِلَى قَدَمَيْهِ فَجَاءَهُ فِي اَلصَّلاَةِ اَلْخَامِسَةِ فَقَالَ يَا آدَمُ قُمْ فَصَلِّ فَهَذَا وَقْتُ اَلصَّلاَةِ اَلْخَامِسَةِ فَقَامَ فَصَلَّى فَخَرَجَ مِنْهَا فَحَمِدَ اَللَّهَ وَ أَثْنَى عَلَيْهِ فَقَالَ جَبْرَئِيلُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ يَا آدَمُ: مَثَلُ وُلْدِكَ فِي هَذِهِ اَلصَّلَوَاتِ كَمَثَلِكَ فِي هَذِهِ اَلشَّامَةِ مَنْ صَلَّى مِنْ وُلْدِكَ فِي كُلِّ يَوْمٍ وَ لَيْلَةٍ خَمْسَ صَلَوَاتٍُ خَرَجَ مِنْ ذُنُوبِهِ كَمَا خَرَجْتَ مِنْ هَذِهِ اَلشَّامَةِ.

hadith 102
Hadith.5069 - Ja'far ibn Bashir narrated from Al-Husayn ibn Abi Al-'Ala from Abu Makhlad Al-Sarraj from Abu Abdullah (as): Imam (as) ruled concerning a man who called another "the son of a madman," and the other replied to him, "Rather, you are the son of a madman." Imam (as) commanded the first man to flog his companion twenty lashes and said
"Know that you will also be given twenty lashes in return." After the first man flogged him, the flogged man was given the whip and he flogged the first man twenty lashes as a means of punishment to discipline both of them.
5069 - وَ رَوَى جَعْفَرُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ عَنِ اَلْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي اَلْعَلاَءِ عَنْ أَبِي مَخْلَدٍ اَلسَّرَّاجِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : أَنَّهُ قَضَى
فِي رَجُلٍ دَعَا آخَرَ اِبْنَ اَلْمَجْنُونِ وَ قَالَ اَلْآخَرُ لَهُ بَلْ أَنْتَ اِبْنُ اَلْمَجْنُونِ فَأَمَرَ اَلْأَوَّلَ أَنْ يَجْلِدَ صَاحِبَهُ عِشْرِينَ جَلْدَةً وَ قَالَ "اِعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ سَتُعَقَّبُ مِثْلَهَا عِشْرِينَ فَلَمَّا جَلَدَهُ أَعْطَى اَلْمَجْلُودَ اَلسَّوْطَ فَجَلَدَهُ عِشْرِينَ نَكَالاً يُنَكِّلُهُمَا".

hadith 168
7. My father narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from ‘Ali ibn Ismā’īl ibn ‘Isā, from Safwān ibn Yaḥyā, from Ḥusain ibn Abil ‘Alā, who said: Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said
Ḥusain ibn ‘Ali (a.s.) said to his companions on the day on which they were assaulted, “I testify that permission has been granted for you to be killed, so fear Allāh and remain patient.” The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: Muḥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Razzāz, from his uncle Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb, from ‘Ali ibn Nu’mān, from Ḥusain ibn Abil ‘Alā, from Abī ‘Abdillāh (a.s.).
7 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) أَنَّ الْحُسَيْنَ بْنَ عَلِيٍّ (ع) قَالَ
لِأَصْحَابِهِ يَوْمَ أُصِيبُوا أَشْهَدُ أَنَّهُ قَدْ أُذِنَ فِي قَتْلِكُمْ فَاتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَ اصْبِرُوا حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ عَنْ خَالِهِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ النُّعْمَانِ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ مِثْلَهُ

(5) Muhammad bin Ya’qoob narrated from some of his companions from Ahmad bin Mihran from Muhammad bin Ali that al-Husayn bin Abul Ala’ had asked Abu Abdullah as-Sadiq (as)
“Is the world left without an imam?” He replied: “No, it is not.”

قلت له: تبقى الأرض بغير إمام؟ قال: لا.
