1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) narrates from his ancestors that Amirul Momineen (a.s.) said, “If a believing man or woman strokes the head of an orphan with mercy, Allah will grant him/her a light for each hair of the head of that orphan.”

9. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) narrates that Amirul Momineen (a.s.) said, “There is no man that hands over himself to another man to play with him as he wishes but that Allah develops female sexuality in him.”

Hadith.5353 - In the narration of Ghiyath ibn Ibrahim from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as): "Indeed, Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) held the owner of the animal liable for what it trampled with its front legs and what it struck with its hind legs. However, there is no liability upon him unless a person strikes the animal."

Hadith.5302 - Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) said that if an extra (supernumerary) finger is cut off, then one-third of the blood money (diyyah) of a normal finger is applicable.

Hadith.4004 - Ghiyath ibn Ibrahim narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) from his father, Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), that Imam Ali ibn Abi Talib (as) disliked the sale of meat in exchange for live animals.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not harmful if a fasting person swallows his mucus.”’

“When seeing a quarrelling group of people abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), would not pass by without always saying three times loudly, ‘You must maintain piety in the presence of Allah.’”

Ali bin Abi Talib, Allah’s blessings be upon him, said: The intellects of women are in their beauty, and the beauty of men is in their intellects.

“Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not an offense if a young boy, who has not become an adult, leads a people and says Adhan.”’ (Ahadith 1-6 and the following chapters are best explained in the form of fatwa.)

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), was asked about one who raises his head before the Imam. Is he to return to Ruku‘ (bowing down on one’s knees) if the Imam delays, or raise his head?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘No, he must not raise his head.’”

“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that once the owner of a public bath house with whom clothes were left and were lost, was brought before ’Amir al-Mu’minin (a.s.), who did not hold him liable and said that he was trusted.’”

“The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, made the reward for horse to race for a contest in the form of Awaqiy (a certain weight) of silver.”

The Prophet, peace be upon him and his progeny, said: "I have been taught (by Allah) the seven verses (i.e. Surah al-Fateha) of two recitations. And the whole Ummah of mine was presented to me (while in the clay form), till I was able to see its small and its big; and I looked at the entire heavens. And when I saw you, O ‘Ali, I sought forgiveness for you and your followers till the Day of Judgement."

The Commander of the Believers, peace be upon him, was asked about the saying of Allah’s Messenger, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family: «Indeed, I am appointing as Successors among you, the Two Weighty Things, the Book of Allah and my Family» Who are the Family? So he said: I, Hasan, Hussain and the nine Imams from the sons of Hussain, of whom their ninth is their Guided and Rising . They will not separate from the Book of Allah, nor will it separate from them, until they approach to Allah’s Messenger, Allah’s blessings be upon him and his Family, at his basin.

Ghiyas ibn Ibrahim said: “Whenever Imam Sadiq (a.s) reached a group of people who were quarrelling, he would loudly say: “fear God” three times and pass by them.”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ’Do not eat from the top of Tharid but eat from its sides because blessing is on its top.’” (Tharid is loaf of bread broken in pieces in broth.)

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not unlawful to sleep between the two of your slave-girls or free wives; your women are like dolls.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘In the state of Ihram it is lawful for one to kill wasps (hornets), vultures, treacherous black snakes, wolves and whatever is feared for their harming one.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘The biting dog is a wolf.’”

"There is no harm in a Salam contract with a specified measure and a fixed time, but it should not be made conditional upon threshing or harvesting."

One must not perform Sajdah (prostration) on an item on which none of the parts of his body rests.’” (According to Arabic footnote this Hadith is because of Taqiyah)
