Hadith.5629 - Al-Hasan ibn Ali ibn Faddal narrated from Abdullah ibn Bukayr from Zurarah, who narrated from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) that
he said: "The Messenger of Allah (swt) (peace be upon him and his family) granted the grandmother one-sixth, while Allah (swt), the Almighty and Majestic, did not prescribe any specific share for her (the grandmother)."
5629 - وَ رَوَى اَلْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"إِنَّ رَسُولَ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ أَطْعَمَ اَلْجَدَّةَ اَلسُّدُسَ وَ لَمْ يَفْرِضِ اَللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ لَهَا شَيْئاً".

4. Certain persons of our people have narrated from Ali ibn al-Husayn from al-‘Abbas ibn ‘Amir ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, arranged the marriage of Fatimah and Ali, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, for a mahr (dower) from one shield made by Hatmiyah (a certain people) valued at thirty dirham.’”
4- بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
زَوَّجَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) عَلِيّاً فَاطِمَةَ (عَلَيْهِا السَّلام) عَلَى دِرْعٍ حُطَمِيَّةٍ يُسَاوِي ثَلاثِينَ دِرْهَماً.

7. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Faddal from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from certain persons of his people who has said the following
“This is concerning my question before abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who marries a woman who is insane or has leprosy and so on. He (the Imam) said, ‘He is responsible for mahr (dower).”’
7- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ بِهَا الْجُنُونُ وَالْبَرَصُ وَشِبْهُ ذَلِكَ قَالَ هُوَ ضَامِنٌ لِلْمَهْرِ.

1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-‘Abbass ibn ‘Amir from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from his father who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), once said to me, ‘When you are certain that your Wudu’ has become invalid you must take Wudu’. You must never invent a Wudu’ until you are certain that your Wudu’ has become invalid.’”
1ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ
قَالَ لِي أَبُو عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) إِذَا اسْتَيْقَنْتَ أَنَّكَ قَدْ أَحْدَثْتَ فَتَوَضَّأْ وَإِيَّاكَ أَنْ تُحْدِثَ وُضُوءاً أَبَداً حَتَّى تَسْتَيْقِنَ أَنَّكَ قَدْ أَحْدَثْتَ.

12. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ja’far ibn Muhammad from al-Qasim ibn ’Isma‘il al-Anbari from Yahya ibn al-Muthanna from ‘Abdallah ibn Bukayr from ‘Ubayd ibn Zurara from abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Al-Qa’im (Imam al-Mahdi) will have two occultations. In one of them he will attend the seasons (of Hajj). He will see the people but they will not see him.”
12ـ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الانْبَارِيِّ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ الْمُثَنَّى عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
لِلْقَائِمِ غَيْبَتَانِ يَشْهَدُ فِي إِحْدَاهُمَا الْمَوَاسِمَ يَرَى النَّاسَ وَلا يَرَوْنَهُ.

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa from ibn Faddal from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from Fudayl ibn Yasar who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that if one visits a patient, seventy thousand angels escort him and ask Allah to forgive his sins until he returns back home.”
2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
مَنْ عَادَ مَرِيضاً شَيَّعَهُ سَبْعُونَ أَلْفَ مَلَكٍ يَسْتَغْفِرُونَ لَهُ حَتَّى يَرْجِعَ إِلَى مَنْزِلِهِ.

5. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from Fadl abu al-‘Abbas al-Baqbaq who has narrated the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A mother is not barred from receiving one-third except because of two brothers or four sisters from both parents.”’

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from Salih al-Sindiy from Ja‘far ibn Bashir from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from Husayn al-Raziy who has narrated the following
“I instructed a person to ask abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), if the legacy is for the nearest relative or for al-‘Asabah (the relatives from the father’s side only). He (the Imam) said, ‘The legacy is for the nearest relatives and for the mouth of relatives from the father’s side only is dirt (soil).”’
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ صَالِحِ بْنِ السِّنْدِيِّ عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ حُسَيْنٍ الرَّزَّازِ قَالَ
أَمَرْتُ مَنْ يَسْأَلُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) الْمَالُ لِمَنْ هُوَ لِلأقْرَبِ أَوْ لِلْعَصَبَةِ فَقَالَ الْمَالُ لِلأقْرَبِ وَالْعَصَبَةُ فِي فِيهِ التُّرَابُ.

3. Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa has narrated from Muhammad ibn Khalid and al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn al-‘Urwah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from Zurarah who has said the following
“About the words of Allah, most Blessed, most High, ’. . . except what is exposed,’ abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), said, ‘The exposed beauty is kohl and rings.’”
3- أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ وَالْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي قَوْلِ اللهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى إِلا ما ظَهَرَ مِنْها قَالَ
الزِّينَةُ الظَّاهِرَةُ الْكُحْلُ وَالْخَاتَمُ.

سمعت أبا عبد الله يقول: يفقدُ الناسّ إمامهم، يشهد المواسمَ فيراهم ولا يرونه.

Hadith.4473 - Ali ibn Ri'ab narrated from Abdullah ibn Bukayr from his father, from one of the Imams (as), regarding a eunuch who deceived a Muslim woman and married her. Imam (as) said
"They shall be separated if the woman so desires, and his head shall be struck as a punishment. However, if she accepts him and decides to stay with him after learning the truth, she will no longer have the right to reject him later."
4473 - وَ رَوَى عَلِيُّ بْنُ رِئَابٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي خَصِيٍّ دَلَّسَ نَفْسَهُ لاِمْرَأَةٍ مُسْلِمَةٍ فَتَزَوَّجَهَا قَالَ
"يُفَرَّقُ بَيْنَهُمَا إِنْ شَاءَتِ اَلْمَرْأَةُ وَ يُوجَعُ رَأْسُهُ فَإِنْ رَضِيَتْ وَ أَقَامَتْ مَعَهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهَا بَعْدَ اَلرِّضَا أَنْ تَأْبَاهُ".

“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘Making a will for the heir is not harmful.’” Al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Yunus ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from Muhammad ibn Muslim from abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has narrated a similar Hadith.
3- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنِ الْفَضْلِ بْنِ شَاذَانَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنِ الْعَلاءِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
الْوَصِيَّةُ لِلْوَارِثِ لا بَأْسَ بِهَا. الْفَضْلُ بْنُ شَاذَانَ عَنْ يُونُسَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ نَحْوَهُ.

سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ إِذَا تَغَيَّرَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَاذْكُرِ الله عَزَّ وَجَلَّ وَإِنْ كُنْتَ مَعَ قَوْمٍ يَشْغَلُونَكَ فَقُمْ وَادْعُ.

3. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from ibn Faddal from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from Salim al-Ashal who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a dog which catches the prey, holds it in place and has eaten a part thereof. He (the Imam) said, ‘Dog’s eating is not harmful and it is lawful for you to use it for food.’”

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الْكَلْبِ يُمْسِكُ عَلَى صَيْدِهِ وَ قَدْ أَكَلَ مِنْهُ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِمَا أَكَلَ وَ هُوَ لَكَ حَلَالٌ .

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Yahya ibn ‘Amr ibn Khalifah al-Zayyat from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from certain individuals of our people who has said the following
“One of the two Imam, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has stated this Hadith. ‘The Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, “O young people, you may have carnal relations. If you are unable to do so, you should fast; it has a castrating effect (on carnal desires).””’
2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَلِيفَةَ الزَّيَّاتِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا (عَلَيْهِما السَّلاَم) قَالَ
قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) يَا مَعْشَرَ الشَّبَابِ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْبَاهِ فَإِنْ لَمْ تَسْتَطِيعُوهُ فَعَلَيْكُمْ بِالصِّيَامِ فَإِنَّهُ وِجَاؤُهُ.

7. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ‘Abd Allah from his father from Sulayman al-Ja’fari from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from Zurara from abu Ja’far (a.s.) who has said the following
“All sins are intense and severe. The most severe is that which increases flesh and blood (consumption of unlawful foods). Sins are either forgiven or one is punished for and paradise is only for the clean ones to enter.”
7ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ الْجَعْفَرِيِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
الذُّنُوبُ كُلُّهَا شَدِيدَةٌ وَأَشَدُّهَا مَا نَبَتَ عَلَيْهِ اللَّحْمُ وَالدَّمُ لأنَّهُ إِمَّا مَرْحُومٌ وَإِمَّا مُعَذَّبٌ وَالْجَنَّةُ لا يَدْخُلُهَا إِلا طَيِّبٌ.

Abdullah ibn Bokir said that he went to see Imam Sadiq (a.s) along with two other persons. One of them asked Imam Sadiq (a.s) if he should attend the congregational prayers. The Imam (a.s) replied: “Go to the prayers. Attend the congregations. Visit the ill. Respect their rights.” He then said: “Do you fear that we might mislead you to corruption? I swear by God that we will never mislead you.”
عن عبد الله بن بكير قال
دخلت على أبي عبد الله (عليه السلام) ومعي رجلان، فقال أحدهما لأبي عبد الله (عليه السلام): أءتي الجمعة؟ فقال أبو عبد الله: إيت الجمعة والجماعة، واحضر الجنازة، وعد المريض، واقض الحقوق، ثم قال: أتخافون أن نضلكم؟ لا والله نضلكم أبدا.

1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr who has said the following
“Any condition before marriage becomes invalid by marriage and the condition after marriage is permissible.’ He (the Imam) said, ’If time limit is mentioned it is al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) and if time limit is not mentioned it is permanent.’”
1- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) مَا كَانَ مِنْ شَرْطٍ قَبْلَ النِّكَاحِ هَدَمَهُ النِّكَاحُ وَمَا كَانَ بَعْدَ النِّكَاحِ فَهُوَ جَائِزٌ وَقَالَ إِنْ سُمِّيَ الأجَلُ فَهُوَ مُتْعَةٌ وَإِنْ لَمْ يُسَمَّ الأجَلُ فَهُوَ نِكَاحٌ بَاتٌّ.
