“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about marking the animals. He (the Imam) said, ‘It is not harmful except their faces.’”

"A person in the state of ihram is not allowed to marry or to officiate the marriage of someone who is not in ihram. If they marry or officiate a marriage, the marriage is invalid."

"The blood money (diyyah) for a Jew, a Christian, and a Magian is equal to that of a Muslim."

“I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘It is not unlawful to use for food the fish which is caught by Zoroastrians.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A pregnant woman is divorced once.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Applying oil removes wickedness (despair).”’

“Reported to me the one who had heard, Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), say, ‘Salah (prayer) does not come into being until one’s nose touches what his forehead has touched.’”

“Once a man came in the presence of abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, and appealed, ‘O abu ‘Abd Allah, grant me a loan until I am able to pay back.’ Abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, asked, ‘Do you want to borrow until the time you harvest your plantation?’ The man answered, ‘No, by Allah, (I do not have any plantation).’ The Imam then asked, ‘Do you want until you make a business gain?’ He replied ‘No, by Allah, (I do not have any business).’ The Imam then asked, ‘Do you want to borrow until you receive profit from a contract you have made?’ He replied, ‘No, by Allah, (I do not have any such contract)’ Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), then said, ‘You then are of those for whom Allah has set a share in our properties.’ He then asked to bring for him a bag with dirhams in it. He then picked up a handful of money there-from and gave it to him saying, ‘Observe piety before Allah. Do not spend it extravagantly or miserly but spend it in a balanced manner. Spending in a wasteful manner is extravagance and Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Glorious, forbids it, “Do not squander your belongings wastefully. . . (17:27)’” Al-Hassan ibn Mahbub has narrated from Sa‘dan ibn Muslim from abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), a similar Hadith.”

51 – Jaʿfar b. ʿAbdullāh, head of al-Midharī, Abū ʿAbdillāh. I saw a book of his, al-Mutʿa, that Aḥmad b. Muḥammad b. Saʿīd b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Hamdānī narrates from him. And a group has reported to us from him (or: it).

Hadith.1053 - Abdullah ibn Sulayman asked Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) about a person who experiences nosebleed during prayer and is only able to stop it by sniffing. Is this permissible? Imam (as) said: "Yes."

17 – Muḥammad b. Khālid al-Barqī b. ʿAbd al-Raḥmān b. Muḥammad b. ʿAlī, Abū ʿAbdillāh, client of Jarīr b. ʿAbdullāh. His ḥadīth are recognized and denied. He narrates a lot from the weak (narrators) and relies on the mursal traditions.

Hadith.5357 - In the narration of Abdullah ibn Muskan from Abu Abdullah Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as), regarding a man who beheaded a dead person Imam (as) said: "The blood money is upon him because the sanctity of the deceased is like his sanctity when he was alive."

1. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) narrates that the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.s.) said, “Recite salutation loudly, for it keeps away hypocrisy from you.”

Hadith.4009 - Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Abdullah asked Abu Abdullah (as) about exchanging one slave for two slaves, or one slave for another slave along with dirhams. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in exchanging all types of animals hand-to-hand."

“If one drinks sawiq for forty mornings his shoulder will fill up with strength.’”

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of my eating ostrich eggs in al-Haram (the sacred area). He (the Imam) said, ‘You must give its price in charity.’”

Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) says that if a person does the Ziyarat of Imam Husain (a.s.) once knowing his right the Almighty Allah would note down a reward of an accepted Hajj.

"She must pay the dowry and is to be subjected to the legal punishment (Hadd)."

"Imam Ali ibn Al-Hussain (as) had a servant girl who used to slaughter for him whenever he desired."

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is very proper for one to apply incense to his clothes if one can afford.’”
