Hadith.5254 - Abdullah ibn Al-Mughirah narrated from Mansur, from Aban ibn Taghlib, from Abu Abdullah (as) who said
"The blood money (diyyah) for a Jew, a Christian, and a Magian is equal to that of a Muslim."
5254 - وَ رَوَى عَبْدُ اَللَّهِ بْنُ اَلْمُغِيرَةِ عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ تَغْلِبَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"دِيَةُ اَلْيَهُودِيِّ وَ اَلنَّصْرَانِيِّ وَ اَلْمَجُوسِيِّ دِيَةُ اَلْمُسْلِمِ ".
