Hadith 1141

Hadith.2709 - Abdullah ibn Sinan narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"A person in the state of ihram is not allowed to marry or to officiate the marriage of someone who is not in ihram. If they marry or officiate a marriage, the marriage is invalid."
2709 - وَ رَوَى عَبْدُ اَللَّهِ بْنُ سِنَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«لَيْسَ لِلْمُحْرِمِ أَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ وَ لاَ يُزَوِّجَ مُحِلاًّ فَإِنْ تَزَوَّجَ أَوْ زَوَّجَ فَتَزْوِيجُهُ بَاطِلٌ».
