صالح

Imam Ali (AS) said, Verily nothing but the good deeds that you sent forward will be of any benefit to you after your death, so gather the provision of good deeds.

And whatever is narrated from Bakr bin Salih, I have narrated it from my father - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Ali bin Ibrahim bin Hashim, from his father, from Bakr bin Salih Al-Razi.

35 – Ṣāliḥ b. Saʿīd, al-Aḥwal. Weak.

"If you lose your way, call out: 'O Righteous One! O Abu Salih! Guide us to the path, may Allah (swt) have mercy on you.'"

“Not to cause suffering to neighbors is not a good neighborly relation, however, to be a good neighbor and to exercise patience in suffering (caused by the neighbors) is a good neighborly relations.”

Imam Ali (AS) said, The righteous act is a good deed.

Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said: Those who desire sitting at MAWĀ`ID made of light on the Day of Judgment should go to the Ziyārah of Ḥusain ibn ‘Ali (a.s.).

Imam Ali (AS) said, The most beneficial provision [for the hereafter] is good deeds.

5 – Ṣāliḥ b. Ḥammād, al-Rāzī, Abū al-Khayr. Weak.

Imam Ali (AS) said, There is no provision more beneficial than righteous deeds.

Everything in this book that is narrated from Salih ibn Al-Hakam has been transmitted by me from my father - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Sa'd ibn Abdullah, from Muhammad ibn Al-Husayn Abi Al-Khattab, from Ja'far ibn Bashir, from Hammad ibn 'Uthman, from Salih ibn Al-Hakam Al-Ahwal.

About decline and destruction of the world

1 – Bakr b. Ṣāliḥ al-Rāzī. (Very weak). Narrated many strange reports exclusively.

Imam Ali (AS) said, Righteous action is not complete except with righteous intention.

“When abu Muhammad (a.s.) was imprisoned, the ‘Abbassids, Salih ibn Wasif, Salih ibn Ali and others who were not Shi‘as all came to Salih ibn Wasif asking him to exert more pressure on abu Muhammad (a.s.).Salih told them, “What should I do? I managed to find two people who were of the harshest manners and appointed them to guard him they both turned into most assiduous worshippers in prayers and fasting. When I asked them about their behaviors they replied, “What would you say about a man who fasts every day, worships the whole night and does not speak or busy himself with anything? When we look at him a feeling of trembling and shivering over takes us and we lose control over our own selves.” When they heard this they returned in despair.”

Imam Ali (AS) said, Nobody can ever dispense with his need for increasing his good deeds.

"I once asked abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who has bailed out another man and has reached a settlement with him.’ He (the Imam) said, ’He can only have the actual amount the man owes to him.”’

Abul Ḥasan (Imam Riďā (a.s.)) said: Those who come to my Ziyārah, even though my house is far and my grave is distant, will be visited by me on three occasions on the Day of Judgment and I will save them from its terrors: when the books will be spread to the right and left, at the Bridge, and by the Scale. Sa’d added: Later, I heard this Ḥadīth from Sāliḥ ibn Muḥammad Al-Hamdāni himself.

Hadith.2507 - It is narrated: "The wilderness is entrusted to Salih, and the sea is entrusted to Hamza."

Imam Ali (AS) said, Blessed is the one who hastens to perform good deeds before his means are cut short.
