I asked Abā Ibrāhīm (Imam Kāżim (a.s.)) if a Muqassir can establish voluntary prayers next to the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.), in the (different holy) sites of the Prophet (s.a.a.w.), and in the two Ḥarams. Imam (a.s.) replied, “Yes. Establish as many voluntary prayers as you can.” Note from the Author: My father narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh who asked Ayyūb ibn Nūḥ about that which has been narrated in regards to Taqsīr of the prayers in the holy sites like Makkah, Madīnah, Kūfah, and next to the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.). He replied, “I (believe it is also permissible to) establish the obligatory prayers in Taqsīr, and Safwān used to do the same. Ibn Abī ‘Umayr and the rest of our companions also used to establish the obligatory prayers in Taqsīr in these four sites.”
