Imam Ali (AS) said, The cure of the soul is abstaining from vain desires and abstinence from the pleasures of this world.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : دَواءُ النَّفْسِ الصَّوْمُ عَنِ الهَوى وَ الْحِمْيَةُ عَنْ لَذّاتِ الدُّنيا
