Imam Ali (AS) said, Good action is the superior [form of] piety (or piety is the most preferred action).
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : اَلْعَمَلُ (اَلوَرَعُ عَمَلٌ راجِحٌ) وَرَعٌ راجِحٌ

Imam Ali (AS) said, The two qualities without which Allah, the Glorified, does not accept any deeds are: piety and sincerity.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : صِفَتانِ لايَقْبَلُ اللّهُ سُبْحانَهُ الأعْمالَ إلاّ بِهِما: التُّقى وَالإخْلاصُ

Imam Ali (AS) said, Action with God-wariness is never little, and how can something that is accepted [by Allah] be [considered] little!
