Everything in this book that is narrated from Muhammad ibn Hurman and Jamil ibn Darraj has been transmitted by me from my father - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Sa'd ibn Abdullah, from Ya'qub ibn Yazid, from Muhammad ibn Abi 'Umayr, from Muhammad ibn Hurman and Jamil ibn Darraj.
عن أبي- رضي اللّه عنه- عن سعد بن عبد اللّه، عن يعقوب بن يزيد، عن محمّد بن أبي عمير، عن محمّد بن حمران؛ و جميل بن درّاج‌.

Hadith.2542 - In a narration by Jamil, Imam (as) said: "The ghusl of your day suffices for your night, and the ghusl of your night suffices for your day."
2542 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ جَمِيلٍ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ : «غُسْلُ يَوْمِكَ يُجْزِيكَ لِلَيْلَتِكَ وَ غُسْلُ لَيْلَتِكَ يُجْزِيكَ لِيَوْمِكَ ».

Hadith.5044 - In the narration of Jamil from Abu Abdullah (as), he said: "His neck is to be struck," Or Imam (as) said: "His throat."
5044 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"يُضْرَبُ عُنُقُهُ" أَوْ قَالَ "رَقَبَتُهُ".

Hadith.5041 - Jamil narrated from Zurarah, from one of the Imams (peace be upon them), regarding a man who forcibly violated a Muslim woman. Imam (as) said
"He is to be killed."
5041 - وَ رَوَى جَمِيلٌ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ
فِي رَجُلٍ غَصَبَ اِمْرَأَةً مُسْلِمَةً نَفْسَهَا قَالَ "يُقْتَلُ".

Hadith.1453 - Jamil ibn Darraj narrated from Imam Jafar ibn Muhammad Al-Sadiq (as) that
He said: "The prayers of the two Eids (Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha) are obligatory, and the prayer of the eclipse (Salat al-Kusoof) is also obligatory."
1453 - رَوَى جَمِيلُ بْنُ دَرَّاجٍ عَنِ اَلصَّادِقِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «صَلاَةُ اَلْعِيدَيْنِ فَرِيضَةٌ وَ صَلاَةُ اَلْكُسُوفِ فَرِيضَةٌ.

Hadith.5298 - In the narration of Jameel from some of our companions from one of the Imams (peace be upon them), that it was reported regarding the tooth of a child that is struck by a man and falls out but later grows back Imam (as) said
"There is no retaliation (qisas) upon him, but he must pay compensation (arsh)." Regarding a man whose hand is broken but later heals, Imam (as) said: "There is no retaliation against him, but he must pay compensation (arsh)." When Jamil was asked about the amount of compensation for the child's tooth and the broken hand, Imam (as) replied: "It is a small amount"
5298 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
فِي سِنِّ اَلصَّبِيِّ يَضْرِبُهَا اَلرَّجُلُ فَتَسْقُطُ ثُمَّ تَنْبُتُ قَالَ "لَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ قِصَاصٌ وَ عَلَيْهِ اَلْأَرْشُ" وَ قَالَ فِي اَلرَّجُلِ تُكْسَرُ يَدُهُ ثُمَّ تَبْرَأُ يَدُهُ قَالَ "لاَ يُقْتَصُّ مِنْهُ وَ لَكِنْ يُعْطَى اَلْأَرْشَ" وَ سُئِلَ جَمِيلٌ كَمِ اَلْأَرْشُ فِي سِنِّ اَلصَّبِيِّ وَ كَسْرِ اَلْيَدِ قَالَ "شَيْءٌ يَسِيرٌ".

Hadith.4734 - Jameel ibn Darraj asked Abu Abdullah (as) about the children of the prophets (peace be upon them). Imam (as) replied: "They are not like the children of ordinary people."
4734 - وَ سَأَلَ جَمِيلُ بْنُ دَرَّاجٍ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : عَنْ أَطْفَالِ اَلْأَنْبِيَاءِ عَلَيْهِمُ اَلسَّلاَمُ فَقَالَ
"لَيْسُوا كَأَطْفَالِ اَلنَّاسِ".

Hadith.5374 - Jamil ibn Darraj narrated from Zurara, who said
I asked Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) about a man who forces himself upon a woman. Imam (as) said: "He is to be killed."
5374 - وَ رَوَى جَمِيلُ بْنُ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ قَالَ

Hadith.3009 - Jamil ibn Darraj narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) that
he said: "If you leave Mina before sunset, then do not let the morning come upon you except while you are still in Mina."

Hadith.3062 - Jameel narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a sacrificial animal whose horn is broken. Imam (as) said
"If the inner horn is intact, it suffices."
3062 - وَ رَوَى جَمِيلٌ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ : فِي اَلْأُضْحِيَّةِ يُكْسَرُ قَرْنُهَا قَالَ
«إِذَا كَانَ اَلْقَرْنُ اَلدَّاخِلُ صَحِيحاً فَهِيَ تُجْزِي ».

Hadith.4012 - Jamil narrated from Zurarah, from Abu Ja'far Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said
"Flour in exchange for wheat, and parched flour in exchange for regular flour, if it is equal in measure, there is no harm in it."
4012 - وَ رَوَى جَمِيلٌ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"اَلدَّقِيقُ بِالْحِنْطَةِ وَ اَلسَّوِيقُ بِالدَّقِيقِ مِثْلاً بِمِثْلٍ لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ ".

Hadith.3784 - Jamil asked Abu Abdillah (as) about a man who buys straw from a threshing floor, each load (kurr) for a specified price, and takes possession of the straw but sells it before measuring the grain. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in that."
3784 - وَ سَأَلَهُ جَمِيلٌ : عَمَّنِ اِشْتَرَى تِبْنَ بَيْدَرٍ كُلَّ كُرٍّ بِشَيْءٍ مَعْلُومٍ وَ يَقْبِضُ اَلتِّبْنَ فَيَبِيعُهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَكْتَالَ اَلطَّعَامَ فَقَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ".

Hadith.3013 - Jamil narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
"There is no harm if a man goes to Mecca, performs Tawaf during the days of Mina, and does not stay overnight there."
3013 - رَوَى جَمِيلٌ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«لاَ بَأْسَ أَنْ يَأْتِيَ اَلرَّجُلُ مَكَّةَ فَيَطُوفَ أَيَّامَ مِنًى وَ لاَ يَبِيتَ بِهَا».

Hadith.2395 - In a narration by Jamil ibn Darraj and Hammad ibn Uthman from Abu Abdullah (as) he said: "The earth is folded at the end of the night."
2395 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ وَ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
«اَلْأَرْضُ تُطْوَى مِنْ آخِرِ اَللَّيْلِ».

Hadith.2834 - In a narration by Jamil ibn Darraj from one of the Imams (as), it is stated: "The one who is ignorant in leaving the two Rak'ahs at the Station of Ibrahim (as) is treated as one who forgets."
2834 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ
«أَنَّ اَلْجَاهِلَ فِي تَرْكِ اَلرَّكْعَتَيْنِ عِنْدَ مَقَامِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ اَلنَّاسِي ».

Hadith.1321 - Jamil ibn Darraj asked him (Abu Abdullah (as)): "The ship is close to the shore ; should I disembark and pray?" He (as) replied: "Pray on it (the ship). Are you not content with the prayer of Noah (as)?"
1321 - وَقَالَ لَهُ جَمِيلُ بْنُ دَرَّاجٍ: تَكُونُ اَلسَّفِينَةُ قَرِيبَةً مِنَ اَلْجُدِّ، فَأَخْرُجُ وَ أُصَلِّي قَالَ «صَلِّ فِيهَا أَ مَا تَرْضَى بِصَلاَةِ نُوحٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ.

Hadith.1016 - Jamil ibn Darraj narrated from him (as) that
He said: "If a man prays five rak'ahs and sits in the fourth rak'ah for the duration of the tashahhud, then his worship is valid."
1016 - وَ رَوَى جَمِيلُ بْنُ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْهُ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «فِي رَجُلٍ صَلَّى خَمْساً إِنَّهُ إِنْ جَلَسَ فِي اَلرَّابِعَةِ مِقْدَارَ اَلتَّشَهُّدِ فَعِبَادَتُهُ جَائِزَةٌ.

Hadith.2749 - Hafs, Jamil, and others narrated from Abu Abdullah (as) regarding a person in the state of ihram who trims some of their hair but not all of it. Imam (as) said

Hadith.5397 - In the narration of Ibn Abi Umayr from Jameel from some of our companions from one of the two Imams (peace be upon them), that They (as) said
"If the guardian of the murdered person dies, his child assumes his position regarding the right to seek retribution for the blood."
5397 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اِبْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ جَمِيلٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"إِذَا مَاتَ وَلِيُّ اَلْمَقْتُولِ قَامَ وَلَدُهُ مِنْ بَعْدِهِ مَقَامَهُ بِالدَّمِ".

Hadith.3457 - Jamil narrated from Abu Abdullah (as), who said
I asked him about a mudabbar (a slave promised freedom after the owner's death). Imam (as) said: "If his owner needs the price and the slave agrees, then there is no harm in selling him."
3457 - وَ رَوَى جَمِيلٌ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْمُدَبَّرِ أَ يُبَاعُ قَالَ "إِنِ اِحْتَاجَ صَاحِبُهُ إِلَى ثَمَنِهِ وَ رَضِيَ اَلْمَمْلُوكُ فَلاَ بَأْسَ".
