Hadith.5041 - Jamil narrated from Zurarah, from one of the Imams (peace be upon them), regarding a man who forcibly violated a Muslim woman. Imam (as) said
"He is to be killed."
5041 - وَ رَوَى جَمِيلٌ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا عَلَيْهِمَا اَلسَّلاَمُ
فِي رَجُلٍ غَصَبَ اِمْرَأَةً مُسْلِمَةً نَفْسَهَا قَالَ "يُقْتَلُ".
