Everything in this book that is narrated from Zakariyya Al-Naqqad has been transmitted by me from my father - may Allah (swt) have mercy on him - from Muhammad ibn Yahya, from Muhammad ibn Ahmad, from Ali ibn Ismail, from Safwan ibn Yahya, from Abdullah ibn Miskan, from Abu Al-Abbas Al-Fadl ibn Abdul Malik, from Zakariyya Al-Naqqad, who is Zakariyya ibn Malik Al-Jufi.

11 – Rabiʿ b. Zakariyya, al-Warrāq (the papermaker). Kufan. Weak.

7 – Yaḥyā b. Zakariyya, al-Tarmāshīrī, Abū al-Ḥusayn. A fabricator.

Everything in this book that is narrated from Abu Zakariya Al-Awar has been transmitted by me from Ahmad ibn Ziyad ibn Jafar Al-Hamadani - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Ali ibn Ibrahim ibn Hashim, from Muhammad ibn Isa ibn Ubayd, from Abu Zakariya Al-Awar.

Everything in this book that is narrated from Zakariyya ibn Adam has been transmitted by me from Ahmad ibn Ziyad ibn Jafar Al-Hamadani - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Ali ibn Ibrahim, from Ahmad ibn Ishaq ibn Sa'd, from Zakariyya ibn Adam Al-Qummi, the companion of Imam Al-Ridha (as).

13 – Sulaymān b. Zakariyya al-Daylamī. He narrated from Abū ʿAbdillāh عليه السلام . A liar, a ghālī.

Everything in this book that is narrated from Zakariyya ibn Malik Al-Jufi has been transmitted by me from Al-Husayn ibn Ahmad ibn Idris - may Allah (swt) have mercy on him - from his father, from Muhammad ibn Ahmad, from Ali ibn Ismail, from Safwan ibn Yahya, from Abdullah ibn Miskan, from Abu Al-Abbas Al-Fadl ibn Abdul Malik, from Zakariyya ibn Malik Al-Jufi.

“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who performs Salah (prayer) for a dead body alone. He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, he can do so.’ I then asked, ‘Can two people perform Salah (prayer) for a dead body? He (the Imam) said, ‘Yes, but one of them stands behind the other and not on his side.’”

“He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, ‘Your spending for perfumes is not useless spending. 5 ”

12 – al-Ḥusayn b. ʿAlī b. Zakariyya b. Ṣāliḥ b. Zufar, al-ʿAdawī, Abū Saʿīd, al-Baṣrī. Very weak. A Liar.

12 – Muḥammad b. Sulaymān b. Zakariyya, al-Daylamī, Abū ʿAbdillāh. Weak (in his ḥadīth, a proponent of irtifāʿ in his madhhab, he is not turned to.)

4 – Zakariyya, Abū Yaḥyā, Kawkab al-Dam. Kufan. Weak. Narrated from Abū ʿAbdillāh عليه السلام. The author said

1. [1/-] Rijal al-Kashshi: From Abi Talib Abdallah b. al-Salt al-Qummi who said: I entered in to see Abi Ja’far the Second [al-Jawad] عليه السلام towards the end of his life. I heard him saying: ‘May Allah grant a goodly recompense to Safwan b. Yahya, Muhammad b. Sinan and Zakariyya b. Adam on my behalf – for they have been loyal to me’, but he did not name Sa’d b. Sa’d. He [Abu Talib] said: I encountered Muwaffaq [a servant of al-Jawad] while leaving and said to him: My master mentioned Safwan, Muhammad b. Sinan and Zakariyya b. Adam supplicating for their good, but he did not name Sa’d b. Sa’d. He [Abu Talib] said: then I returned to him [i.e. the Imam] a second time and he said: ‘May Allah grant a goodly recompense to Safwan b. Yahya, Muhammad b. Sinan, Zakariyya b. Adam and Sa’d b. Sa’d on my behalf – for they have been loyal to me’.

Hadith.4150 - Zakariyya ibn Adam asked Abu al-Hasan (as) about water birds. Imam (as) said: "If they pick up things other than filth, then there is no harm in eating them."

Imam al-Husayn (AS) said, ‘Verily the lowliness of this world in Allahs eyes can be seen by the fact that the head of Prophet John, son of Prophet Zacharias was gifted to a whore from the whores of the Israelites.

Narrated to me Muhammad bin Ali bin Bilal from Hakima an identical tradition

Hadith.1818 - It is narrated: "On the first day of Muharram, Zakariya (as) supplicated to his Lord (azj), the Almighty. Whoever fasts on that day, Allah (swt) will answer their supplication just as He answered Zakariya (as)."

Imam Kazim (a.s) said: “Yahya ibn Zacharia used to cry, and not laugh, but Jesus used to laugh and cry. What Jesus did was better than what Yahya did.”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Fold your clothes for the night because Satan wears during the night the spread out clothes.’”

"This includes the intoxication of sleep."
