He said: "There is no issue if a garment's warp, buttons, or trim is made of silk; what is disliked for men is pure silk (mubham)”.

“I was in the company of Shaykh Abul Qasim Husain Ibn Rauh (q.s.) with a group of people including Ali bin Isa Qasri, when a man stood up and said: ‘I wish to pose some questions to you.’ He (Ibn Rauh) replied, ‘You may ask.’ Then he asked questions that we have mentioned elsewhere. Muhammad bin Ibrahim bin Ishaq says that the reply of Husain bin Rauh was so astonishing that the next day he went to him to ask him whether it was his own reply or he had learnt it from the Infallible Imam (a.s). Husain bin Rauh told him: “O Muhammad bin Ibrahim! I never say anything on my own, even in the most difficult circumstances. Rather the source of everything is the favors I have received from the Proof of Allah and heard from him...”

And whatever is narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Saʿid Al-Hamadani, I have narrated it from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim ibn Ishaq Al-Ṭalqani - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Saʿid Al-Hamadani Al-Kufi, the freed slave of Banu Hashim.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘Cursed is one who engages in sexual intercourse with animals.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ‘You should exchange gifts of berries; it revives affection and friendship.’”

Aḥmad b. Muḥammad b. Saʿīd narrated to us, he said: ʿAlī b. al-Ḥasan b. Faḍḍāl narrated to us from his father from al-Riḍā . عليه السلام

Al-Rida, peace be upon him, said with regards to the saying of Allah, Exalted and Glorious is He: «So, overlook (in the act of) the beautiful overlooking.» (15:85) He said: To pardon without gentle reproach.

“We are the ones who are the Masters in this world and the Rulers in the Hereafter.”

`Ali b. al-Hasan b. `Ali b. Faddal informed us from his father from Abi’l Hasan `Ali b. Musa al-Rida (as). He said: We are masters in this world and kings in the Hereafter.

Seventy verses (of the Holy Quran) have been revealed about Ali (MGB) in which none of the other noble ones have any part.”The Reward of One who Implores Forgiveness Seventy Times in the Qunut of Al-Witr Prayer

“Peace be with the Family of Yasin” (37:130), he said: Yasin is Muhammad (sw).

Al-Rida, peace be upon him, said with regards to the saying of Allah, Exalted and Glorious is He: «He is the One who shows you the lightning, out of fear and covet» (13:12). He said: Out of fear for the traveler, and out of covet for the lodging.

“The Messenger of Allah has said, ‘Condemned and condemned is one who worships Dirham and Dinar, condemned and condemned is one who is blind (toward the truth). Condemned and condemned is one who carries out carnal relations with animals.’”

“There were three who used to ascribe lies to Messenger of Allah (sw): Abu Hurayrah, Anas ibn Malik, and a woman.”

“I heard Ali ibn Musa Al-Ridha (s) say, ‘God will forgive the sins of whoever asks for forgiveness seventy times during the (Arabic) month of Ramadan even if his sins are as numerous as the stars.’”

“I once said to abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘I am a Mu’adhdhin (caller for Salah (prayer)). On a cloudy day I cannot find when time for a Salah (prayer) begins.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘When the rooster crows three times consecutively, it is time when the sun has declined toward the west at noontime, thus it is time for Salah (prayer).”’

Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said: There is a grave near you to which no anguished person goes without Allāh removing his anguish and fulfilling his requests.

Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said: It is an obligation on those who are wealthy to go to (the Ziyārah of) the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.) twice a year and on those who are poor to go once a year.

`Ali b. al-Husayn b. `Ali b. Faddal informed us from his father. He said: I heard `Ali b. Musa al-Rida (as) say: Whoever seeks the forgiveness of Allah seventy times in Sha`ban, Allah will forgive his sins, even if they were similar in number to the stars.

“Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘If one listens to a speaker he worships him. If the speaker conveys from Allah, most Majestic, most Glorious, he has worshipped Allah; but if he conveys from Satan he has worshipped Satan.’”
