Abu Muhammad (a.s) showed me his son and said: “This is your master after me.”

“Once Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) said, ‘O abu ‘Amr, what would you do, were I to narrate a Hadith to you or give you a Fatwa (a legal opinion), and you came to me sometimes later to ask about the same issues, but I gave you a Hadith or a Fatwa that contradicts the first one, which one would you follow?’ I said, ‘I will follow the latest one and ignore the other one.’ The Imam said, ‘O abu ‘Amr, you are right. Allah refuses to accept anything but to worship Him secretly. By Allah, were you to follow al-Taqiyyah it would be better for you and for me. Allah, the Most Majestic, the Most Holy, refuses to accept anything from you and I in His religion but al-Taqiyyah.’”

3 – ʿAmr b. Shimr, Abū ʿAbdillāh, al-Juʿfī. He narrated from Abū ʿAbdillāh عليه السلام and Jābir. Weak.

"Defrauding the one who entrusts you is usury."

“Allah will remove seventy types of calamities from the one who says a hundred times everyday: ‘Laa h’aula wa laa quwwata illaa billaah’ the least of which is sorrow.”

16 - ʿAbd al-Karīm b. ʿAmr b. Ṣāliḥ, al-Khathʿamī, their client. Kufan. Had the laqab of “Karrām”. The Wāqifa claim him (as one of their own), and the ghulāt narrate a lot from him.

There are two things which the Children of Adam dislike. They dislike death, while death is the relief of the believers from trials, and they dislike to have little wealth, while having little wealth would reduce the amount of Reckoning.”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The best of your dates is al- Barniy (a certain kind of date) which removes illnesses and there is no illness in it. It takes away fatigue, there is no harm in it, and it dissolves phlegm. With every date there is one good deed.’ In another Hadith it is said that dates give one delight, palatability, take away fatigue and satisfy one’s hunger.’”

Once I was with Abu Abdullah as-Sadiq (as) in his house. The house was crowded of people. They began to ask about different things. Whatever he was asked about something, he gave the sufficient answer. I began to cry. He asked: “O Amr, why are you crying?” I said: “May I die for you! How do I not cry? Is there any other one like you in this umma? You are imprisoned here, the door is closed and the curtain is lowered before you!” He said: “O Amr, do not cry! We eat good foods and wear soft cloths. If what you say occurs, we will eat coarse foods and wear rough cloths like Amirul Mo’mineen Ali bin Abu Talib (as); otherwise putting on ties in Hell.”

Amr b. Abi Miqdam said, ‘Abu Jafar (AS) said, when I first went to visit him, ‘Learn honesty before speech.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ‘Amr ibn ‘Uthman from abu Jamilah, from Jabir from abu Ja‘far (a.s.), a similar Hadith

“The two angels do not write anything other than what the servant speaks.”

"I saw Abu Ja'far (as) wearing a lightweight striped cloak (burd mukhaffaf) while he was in the state of Ihram."

“He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, ‘Eating sweet pomegranate increases one’s seed and forms the child well?”

I saw the Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) while Ḥasan and Ḥusain (a.s.) were sitting on his lap. He kept kissing Ḥasan (a.s.) and then kissing Ḥusain (a.s.) and saying to him, “Woe unto those who (will) kill you.”

Abū Ja’far (Imam Bāqir (a.s.)) said: Ḥusain ibn ‘Ali (a.s.) wrote a letter from Karbalā to Muḥammad ibn ‘Ali which read: In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful From Ḥusain ibn ‘Ali to Muḥammad ibn ‘Ali and to those with him from among the Banī Hāshim: It is as if this life never existed and the Hereafter has always existed. Wassalām.

“I once said to abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘They narrated that parting the hairs is of Sunnah. He (the Imam) said, ‘Of the Sunnahl’ I said, ‘They think that the Holy Prophet, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, parted his hairs.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘The Holy Prophet did not part his hairs nor did the Prophets grow their hairs.’”

Imam al-Sadiq (AS) said, ‘By Allah! I fear for you the barzakh! He was asked, ‘What is the barzakh? He replied, ‘The grave, from the day one dies until the Day of Judgment.

Hadith.3820 - In the narration of Abdul-Malik ibn Amr from Abu Abdillah (as): "He must return her and also return half a tenth of her price if she is pregnant."

"No one ever paid Zakat, and their wealth decreased because of it, nor did anyone withhold it, and their wealth increased because of it."
