Hadith 703

Hadith.3820 - In the narration of Abdul-Malik ibn Amr from Abu Abdillah (as):
"He must return her and also return half a tenth of her price if she is pregnant."
3820 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ عَبْدِ اَلْمَلِكِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
"يَرُدُّهَا وَ يَرُدُّ نِصْفَ عُشْرِ ثَمَنِهَا إِذَا كَانَتْ حُبْلَى".
