9. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Aban ibn ‘Uthman from Muhammad al-Halabiy who has said the following
“I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about the case of a man who shoots a prey and hits it. People before him come and interrupt him. He (the Imam) said, ‘He can use it for food.”’
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبَانِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَلَبِيِّ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَرْمِي الصَّيْدَ فَيَصْرَعُهُ فَيَبْتَدِرُهُ الْقَوْمُ فَيُقَطِّعُونَهُ فَقَالَ كُلْهُ .

4. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad al-Shamiy from al-Husayn ibn Hanzalah who has said the following
“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘Gourd, squash increases al-Damagh (abilities of the brain).”’

“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said that dogs of one color, all black are from Jinn.’”

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abdallah ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa fromAli ibn al-Hakam fromAban from al-Fudayl from abu ‘Abdallah (a.s.) who has said the following.
“Whoever would claim to be the Imam and in fact he would not be the Imam he would be a unbeliever.”

مَنِ ادَّعَى الامَامَةَ وَلَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِهَا فَهُوَ كَافِرٌ.

Hadith.5444 - It is narrated from Abdullah ibn Muhammad Al-Hajjal from Thaʿlabah ibn Maymun from Muhammad ibn Qays, who said
I asked Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) about a man who gives preference to some of his children over others. Imam (as) replied: "Yes, and he may also favor some of his wives (over other wives)."
5444 - وَ رُوِيَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ اَلْحَجَّالِ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ قَالَ

إِذَا قَهْقَهْتَ فَقُلْ حِينَ تَفْرُغُ اللهمَّ لا تَمْقُتْنِي.

إِنَّ الله تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى يُحِبُّ إِهْرَاقَ الدِّمَاءِ وَإِطْعَامَ الطَّعَامِ.

3. From him has narrated from Bashshar ibn Ahmad from ‘Abdallah ibn Muhammad al-Isfahani who has said the following.
“Abu al-Hassan (a.s.) said, “Your master (Imam) after me will be the one who will perform prayer for me (prayer for burial).” The narrator has said that we did not know abu Muhammad (a.s.) before this. Abu Muhammad came out and prayed (for his burial).”
3ـ عَنْهُ عَنْ بَشَّارِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الله بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الاصْفَهَانِيِّ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) صَاحِبُكُمْ بَعْدِيَ الَّذِي يُصَلِّي عَلَيَّ قَالَ وَلَمْ نَعْرِفْ أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ قَبْلَ ذَلِكَ قَالَ فَخَرَجَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ فَصَلَّى عَلَيْهِ.

10. Ḥasan ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā narrated to me from his father, from Ḥasan ibn Maḥbūb, from Abān, from Al-Sadūsi, from Abī ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)), who said
The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) said: On the Day of Judgment, I will intercede for those who have come to my Ziyārah.
10 حَدَّثَنِي الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنِ السَّدُوسِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ (ع) قَالَ

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Aban from certain persons of his people who has said the following
“About the case of a man who marries a woman in the manner of al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) many times, abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘It is not unlawful, he can marry her in the manner of al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) as many times as he wants.’”
2- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِهِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَمَتَّعُ مِنَ الْمَرْأَةِ الْمَرَّاتِ قَالَ
لا بَأْسَ يَتَمَتَّعُ مِنْهَا مَا شَاءَ.

لا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَتَزَوَّجَ الأمَةَ مُتْعَةً بِإِذْنِ مَوْلاهَا.

“About the case of slaughtering without iron, abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, ‘In an emergency when you cannot find iron you can slaughter with stone.”’

قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) فِي الذَّبِيحَةِ بِغَيْرِ حَدِيدَةٍ قَالَ إِذَا اضْطُرِرْتَ إِلَيْهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ تَجِدْ حَدِيدَةً فَاذْبَحْهَا بِحَجَرٍ .

1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Aban from Zurarah and ’Isma‘il al-Ju‘fiy who has said the following
“Zurarah and ’Isma’il al-Ju‘fiy had asked abu Ja’far (a.s.), about the prey which is killed by flareless arrow. He (the Imam) said, ’It is not unlawful if it is what you have shot and it is what you have made for it.’”

لَا بَأْسَ إِذَا كَانَ هُوَ مِرْمَاتَكَ أَوْ صَنَعْتَهُ لِذَلِكَ .

20. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from al-Nawfaliy from ‘Isa ibn ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Umar ibn Ali from his father from his grandfather who has narrated the following
“Of the oath of the Messenger of Allah (sw) was his saying, ‘No, and I ask Allah for forgiveness.’”
20- عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنْ عِيسَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ
كَانَتْ مِنْ أَيْمَانِ رَسُولِ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) لا وَأَسْتَغْفِرُ اللهَ.

أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي وَصِيَّةٍ لَمْ يَشْهَدْهَا إِلا امْرَأَةٌ فَأَجَازَ شَهَادَةَ الْمَرْأَةِ فِي الرُّبُعِ مِنَ الْوَصِيَّةِ بِحِسَابِ شَهَادَتِهَا.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from and Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad all from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Witness and testimony (for marriage) is only for the sake of children and inheritance.’ In another Hadith it is said, ‘and it is for the sake of criminal issues.’”
2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ جَمِيعاً عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
إِنَّمَا جُعِلَتِ الْبَيِّنَاتُ لِلنَّسَبِ وَالْمَوَارِيثِ وَفِي رِوَايَةٍ أُخْرَى وَالْحُدُودِ.

قَالَ رَسُولُ الله (صلّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) الصَّلاَةُ مِيزَانٌ مَنْ وَفَّى اسْتَوْفَى.

2. Imam Ja’far Sadiq (a.s.) explained the words of Allah: Surely your Lord is waiting in ambush, saying, “His ambush is a bridge over the Sirat Bridge which is inaccessible to those who do injustice.”
وَ بِهَذَا الْإِسْنَادِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَجَّالِ عَنْ غَالِبِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَمَّنْ ذَکَرَهُ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع فِی قَوْلِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَ إِنَّ رَبَّکَ لَبِالْمِرْصادِ قَالَ
قَنْطَرَهٌ عَلَی الصِّرَاطِ لَا یَجُوزُهَا عَبْدٌ بِمَظْلِمَهٍ.
