4. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from ‘Abd Allah ibn Muhammad al-Shamiy from al-Husayn ibn Hanzalah who has said the following
“One of the two Imam, (abu Ja‘far or abu ‘Abd Allah), ‘Alayhim al-Salam, has said, ‘Gourd, squash increases al-Damagh (abilities of the brain).”’
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الشَّامِيِّ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ حَنْظَلَةَ عَنْ أَحَدِهِمَا ( عليهما السلام ) قَالَ
الدُّبَّاءُ يَزِيدُ فِي الدِّمَاغِ .
