“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Giving charity pays off debts and leaves behind blessings.’”
1ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ غِيَاثِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ السَّلاَم) قَالَ
إِنَّ الصَّدَقَةَ تَقْضِي الدَّيْنَ وَتَخْلُفُ بِالْبَرَكَةِ.

“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘A neighbor (in matters of immunity) is like a soul which is not harmed or has not committed sins.’”

“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said in paying expiation for an oath, feeding small people is not sufficient, however, two small ones are equal to one grown-up person.”’

لا يُجْزِئُ إِطْعَامُ الصَّغِيرِ فِي كَفَّارَةِ الْيَمِينِ وَلَكِنْ صَغِيرَيْنِ بِكَبِيرٍ.

“About the case of a man who marries a woman for a mahr (dower) payable immediately and a part of it on credit, abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘The due date for payment of what is on credit of mahr (dower) is on their separation or death.’”
11- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ غِيَاثِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ بِعَاجِلٍ وَآجِلٍ قَالَ
الآجِلُ إِلَى مَوْتٍ أَوْ فُرْقَةٍ.

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’ Amir al-Mu’minin determined the share of a Hermaphrodite of inheritance by the manner the person urinated/” (If urine comes from the male organ his inheritance is that which is for a male and if urine comes from the female organ then her share is like the share of a female)/”

كَانَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يُوَرِّثُ الْخُنْثَى مِنْ حَيْثُ يَبُولُ.

Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Yahya al-Attar narrated to me from Mohammed bin Yahya bin Sadir that Abu Abdullah (a.s.) said
"On the Day of Resurrection, all the creatures will be called with the names of their mothers. We, as well as our Shia, are not bound by this act, because we are saved from adultery."
حَدَّثَنِي أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى اَلْعَطَّارُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَدِيرٍ قَالَ

لا بَأْسَ أَنْ يَنَامَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْنَ أَمَتَيْنِ وَالْحُرَّتَيْنِ إِنَّمَا نِسَاؤُكُمْ بِمَنْزِلَةِ اللُّعَبِ.

إِذَا سَلَّمَ مِنَ الْقَوْمِ وَاحِدٌ أَجْزَأَ عَنْهُمْ وَإِذَا رَدَّ وَاحِدٌ أَجْزَأَ عَنْهُمْ.
