30.Al-Qāsim narrated from ʿAlī (a), from Abū ʿAbdillāh (a) whom he asked about the verse wherein Allah, to Whom belong might and majesty, says
And those who give whatever they give with their hearts fearful… (Q23:60) so he said, “[They are fearful] out of their concern and their hope; they fear that their deeds will be rejected if they do not obey Allah – and He has power over all things – and they hope that He accepts [their deeds] from them.”

سألته عن قول الله عز وجل: الذين يؤتون ما اتوا وقلوبهم وجلة، قال: من شفقتهم ورجائهم يخافون ان ترد إليهم أعمالهم ان لم يطيعوا الله وهو على كل شئ قدير وهم يرجون ان يتقبل منهم

9. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Qasim ibn Yahya from his grandfather al-Hassan ibn Rashid from abu Basir who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘If one engraves the name of Allah on his ring he must change it from the hand with which one performs cleansing (washing one’s bottom).”’
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ جَدِّهِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) مَنْ نَقَشَ عَلَى خَاتَمِهِ اسْمَ اللَّهِ فَلْيُحَوِّلْهُ عَنِ الْيَدِ الَّتِي يَسْتَنْجِي بِهَا فِي الْمُتَوَضَّإِ .

hadith 1851
1. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Qasim ibn Yahya from his grandfather al-Hassan ibn Rashid from abu Basir who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ’Allah is beautiful, He loves beauty and He loves to see the signs of bounty on His servant.”’
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ جَدِّهِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) إِنَّ اللَّهَ جَمِيلٌ يُحِبُّ الْجَمَالَ وَ يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَرَى أَثَرَ النِّعْمَةِ عَلَى عَبْدِهِ .

1. It is narrated that Imam Zainul Abideen (a.s.) said, “
Having fever for a night compensates for sins of a year because its pain remains in the body for a year.”
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سُلَیْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ عَنْ سُفْیَانَ بْنِ عُیَیْنَهَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِیِّ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ عَلِیَّ بْنَ الْحُسَیْنِ زَیْنَ الْعَابِدِینَ ع یَقُولُ حُمَّی لَیْلَهٍ کَفَّارَهُ سَنَهٍ وَ ذَلِکَ أَنَّ أَلَمَهَا یَبْقَی فِی الْجَسَدِ سَنَهً.

7. Qāsim ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Ali narrated to me from his father, from his grandfather, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Ḥammād Al-Ansāri, from ‘Abdillāh ibn Sinān, who said
Abū ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)) said: Those who go to (the Ziyārah of) the grave of Ḥusain (a.s.) knowing his rights will be forgiven for all of their past and future sins.

15. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy from Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s)
“that the Prophet (sw) prohibited using four epithets; Abu ‘Isa, Abu al-Hakam, Abu Malik, and Abu al-Qasim if the name is Muhammad.’”

6. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Urwah from Burayd al- ‘ Ij liy who has narrated the following
“I once asked abu Ja’far (a.s.), about the case of a man who dies and leaves behind his daughter and uncle. He (the Imam) said, ‘The legacy belongs to his daughter and there is nothing for the uncle, aunt’, or that he (the Imam) said, ‘There is nothing for the uncle with the existence of the daughter.’”
6- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ الْعِجْلِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قُلْتُ لَهُ رَجُلٌ مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَتَهُ وَعَمَّهُ قَالَ الْمَالُ لِلابْنَةِ وَلَيْسَ لِلْعَمِّ شَيْ‏ءٌ أَوْ قَالَ لَيْسَ لِلْعَمِّ مَعَ الابْنَةِ شَيْ‏ءٌ.

Hadith.3790 - Al-Qasim bin Muhammad narrated from Ali bin Abi Hamzah, who said
I asked Abu Abdillah (as) about a man who bought an orchard that contained palm trees and other trees, some of which had already borne fruit and others had not yet borne fruit. Imam (as) said: "There is no harm in it if there are trees that have already borne fruit."
3790 - وَ رَوَى اَلْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اِشْتَرَى بُسْتَاناً فِيهِ نَخْلٌ وَ شَجَرٌ مِنْهُ مَا قَدْ أَطْعَمَ وَ مِنْهُ مَا لَمْ يُطْعِمْ قَالَ "لاَ بَأْسَ بِهِ إِذَا كَانَ فِيهِ مَا قَدْ أَطْعَمَ".

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Khalid and al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn al-‘Urwah from Burayd ibn Mu‘awiyah who has said the following
“Abu Ja’far (a.s.), ‘When the redness disappears from this side, that is, from the east, it is proof that it is sunset in the east and west.’”
2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ وَالْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ بُرَيْدِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) قَالَ
إِذَا غَابَتِ الْحُمْرَةُ مِنْ هَذَا الْجَانِبِ يَعْنِي مِنَ الْمَشْرِقِ فَقَدْ غَابَتِ الشَّمْسُ مِنْ شَرْقِ الأرْضِ وَغَرْبِهَا.

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad, from Ali ibn abu Hamzah from abu Basir, from who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a man who forgets ‘Umm al-Quran (al- Fatihah). He (the Imam) said, ‘If he has not yet reached Ruku‘ position, he recites it again.’”
2ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنْ رَجُلٍ نَسِيَ أُمَّ الْقُرْآنِ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ لَمْ يَرْكَعْ فَلْيُعِدْ أُمَّ الْقُرْآنِ.

5. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn abu Hamzah who has said the following
“I asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about a (pond of) water which is not running and has a dead animal in it. ‘How can one cleanse oneself with such water?’ He (the Imam) said, ‘You can take Wudu’ from the other side and not from the side of the dead animal.’”
5ـ عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الْمَاءِ السَّاكِنِ وَالاسْتِنْجَاءِ مِنْهُ وَالْجِيفَةُ فِيهِ فَقَالَ تَوَضَّأْ مِنَ الْجَانِبِ الآخَرِ وَلاَ تَوَضَّأْ مِنْ جَانِبِ الْجِيفَةِ.

11. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn Muhammad from Ali ibn abu Hamzah who has said the following
“I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah, Alayhi al-Salam, about the falling of feces into a well. He (the Imam) said, ‘Ten buckets of water must be taken out and if it has disintegrated then forty or fifty buckets of water must be taken out.’”
11ـ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) عَنِ الْعَذِرَةِ تَقَعُ فِي الْبِئْرِ قَالَ يُنْزَحُ مِنْهَا عَشَرَةُ دِلاَءٍ فَإِنْ ذَابَتْ فَأَرْبَعُونَ أَوْ خَمْسُونَ دَلْواً.

عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ جَدِّهِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) لِيَتَزَيَّنْ أَحَدُكُمْ لِأَخِيهِ الْمُسْلِمِ كَمَا يَتَزَيَّنُ لِلْغَرِيبِ الَّذِي يُحِبُّ أَنْ يَرَاهُ فِي أَحْسَنِ الْهَيْئَةِ .

1. A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Qasim ibn Yahya from his grandfather al-Hassan ibn Rashid from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“Abu ‘ Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ’Dinner of the Prophets is after al-’Atmah (the time of late evening Salat (prayer)); so you must not ignore dinner because ignoring it leads to neglecting the body.”’
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ جَدِّهِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( عليه السلام ) عَشَاءُ الْأَنْبِيَاءِ ( عليهم السلام ) بَعْدَ الْعَتَمَةِ فَلَا تَدَعُوهُ فَإِنَّ تَرْكَ الْعَشَاءِ خَرَابُ الْبَدَنِ .

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father and Ali ibn Muhammad all from al- Qasim ibn Muhammad from Sulayman ibn Dawud from Hafs ibn Ghiyath from al-Zuhri who has said the following
“I heard Ali ibn al-Husayn (a.s.) saying, ‘Verses of the Holy Quran are treasures, whenever a treasure is opened you should look into it.”’
2ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ وَعَلِيِّ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ جَمِيعاً عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ غِيَاثٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ الْحُسَيْنِ (عَلَيهِما السَّلام) يَقُولُ آيَاتُ الْقُرْآنِ خَزَائِنُ فَكُلَّمَا فُتِحَتْ خِزَانَةٌ يَنْبَغِي لَكَ أَنْ تَنْظُرَ مَا فِيهَا.

22. It is narrated from him (narrator of the Hadith above) from al-Qasim ibn Y ahya from his grandfather al-Hassan ibn Rashid from abu Basir from Abu ‘Abdillah (a.s.) who has said the following
“Amir al-Mu’minin (Ali ibn abu Talib) (a.s.) has said, ‘One must maintain good relations with relatives. Even offering the greeting of peace should not be held back from them. Allah, the Most Blessed, the Most High, says, “Have fear of the One by whose name you swear to settle your differences and have respect for your relatives. Allah certainly keeps watch over you.’” (4:1)
22ـ وَعَنْهُ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ يَحْيَى عَنْ جَدِّهِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ رَاشِدٍ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ (عَلَيهِ السَّلام) صِلُوا أَرْحَامَكُمْ وَلَوْ بِالتَّسْلِيمِ يَقُولُ الله تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَاتَّقُوا الله الَّذِي تَسائَلُونَ بِهِ وَالأرْحامَ إِنَّ الله كانَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَقِيباً.

3. Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ‘Isa has narrated from Muhammad ibn Khalid and al-Husayn ibn Sa‘id from al-Qasim ibn al-‘Urwah from ‘Abd Allah ibn Bukayr from Zurarah who has said the following
“About the words of Allah, most Blessed, most High, ’. . . except what is exposed,’ abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), said, ‘The exposed beauty is kohl and rings.’”
3- أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ وَالْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) فِي قَوْلِ اللهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى إِلا ما ظَهَرَ مِنْها قَالَ
الزِّينَةُ الظَّاهِرَةُ الْكُحْلُ وَالْخَاتَمُ.

و ما كان فيه عن أبي بصير فقد رويته
