Hadith 740
۞
1. It is narrated that Imam Zainul Abideen (a.s.) said, “
Having fever for a night compensates for sins of a year because its pain remains in the body for a year.”
حَدَّثَنِی مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِی سَعْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ سُلَیْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ عَنْ سُفْیَانَ بْنِ عُیَیْنَهَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِیِّ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ عَلِیَّ بْنَ الْحُسَیْنِ زَیْنَ الْعَابِدِینَ ع یَقُولُ حُمَّی لَیْلَهٍ کَفَّارَهُ سَنَهٍ وَ ذَلِکَ أَنَّ أَلَمَهَا یَبْقَی فِی الْجَسَدِ سَنَهً.
