And among them Abu Ali Hasan bin Rashid:

30 – Muʿallā b. Rāshid, the blind. Basran. Weak. ā ghālī.

Everything in this book that is narrated from Al-Hasan ibn Rashid has been transmitted by me from my father - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Sad ibn Abdullah, Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Isa, and Ibrahim ibn Hashim together, from Al-Qasim ibn Yahya, from his grandfather Al-Hasan ibn Rashid. I have also narrated it from Muhammad ibn Ali Majilawayh - may Allah (swt) be pleased with him - from Ali ibn Ibrahim ibn Hashim, from his father, from Al-Qasim ibn Yahya, from his grandfather Al-Hasan ibn Rashid.

1 – al-Qāsim b. Yaḥyā b. al-Ḥasan b. Rāshid, client of al-Manṣūr. He narrated from his grandfather. Weak.

I wrote to Imam Hadi (a.s) asking about Ali bin Rashid, Isa bin Ja’far [bin Asim] and Ibn Band. Imam (a.s) wrote back: You have mentioned Ibn Rashid, who lived a righteous life and departed as a martyr. And they condemned Ibn Band and Asimi, but Ibn Band was clubbed to death and Ibn Asim was also lashed three hundred times on the Baghdad Bridge and thrown into the Tigris and he passed away.

1 – al-Ḥasan b. Rāshid, client of Manṣūr, Abū Muḥammad. Narrated from Abū ʿAbdillāh عليه السلام and Abū al-Ḥasan Mūsā عليه السلام . Weak in his narrations.

Abū Ibrāhīm (Imam Kāżim (a.s.)) said: When one leaves his house to go to the Ziyārah of Abī ‘Abdillāh, Ḥusain ibn ‘Ali (a.s.), Allāh will dedicate an angel to him who will place his finger on the back of the Zā`ir and who will start writing (on his back) every word which comes out of his mouth until he arrives at the Ḥā`ir. After he exits from the doors of the Ḥā`ir, the angel will place his palm on the middle of the back of the Zā`ir and say, “Surely all of your past sins have been forgiven. Therefore, continue with good deeds.” The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: My father, from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from Muḥammad ibn Khālid Al-Barqi, from Qāsim ibn Yaḥyā ibn Ḥasan ibn Rāshid, from his grandfather Ḥasan ibn Rāshid, from Ibrāhīm ibn Abil Bilād, from Abī Ibrāhīm (a.s.).

"When Abu Abdullah (as) fasted, he would apply perfume and say, 'Perfume is a gift for the fasting person.'"

I was always ill, myself, a group of my servants and my family. When I heard the above Hadith from Hisham I practiced it. Allah removed the illness from me and my family altogether.’”

I asked Abu Al-Hasan Al-Askari, (Imam Ali ibn Muhammad Al-Hadi (as)) about a man who made a will to dedicate wealth "in the way of Allah (swt)" (fi sabeelillah). Imam (as) replied: "The way of Allah (swt) is our Shia (followers)."

“I once saw Ali ibn al-Husayn, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, wearing a black outer garment and a blue Taylisan (pallium).’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘Applying lime paste is a protective charm and purification (for the body).”’

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin has said, ‘Curb the heat of fever with viola oil.’”

“ The earth is never without a person with divine authority and I swear to Allah that I am the person with Divine authority.”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Do not wear wool or hairs unless because of illness.’”

“He (the Imam) (a.s.), has said, that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, has said, ’Clipping fingernails repels great many pains and makes the sustenance flow.”’

I followed the instruction: then Allah removed my shortcoming and my children became many.’ Muhammad ibn Rashid has said, ’I remained ill all the time as well as a group of my servants and family (wife), so I would remain alone at home without anyone to help. I heard it from Hisham, I then practiced it and Allah removed the illnesses from me and my family. All praise belongs to Allah.’”

“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that when ’Amir al-Mu’minin did not have curry; he would cut the bread with a knife.’”

“I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about a man who seeks shadow in his al-‘Umrah. He (the Imam) said, ’Slaughtering (an animal) is necessary.’ He (the Imam) then said, ‘If he goes out to Makkah and uses shadow, it is necessary to slaughter an animal; one for al-‘Umrah and one for al- Hajj.’”

"The one who withholds Zakat will be encircled by a bald snake that will eat from his brain. This is the meaning of Allah’s (swt) statement: 'They will be encircled by what they withheld on the Day of Resurrection' (Surah Ali ‘Imran 3:180)."
