عبد الرحمن بن عمرو العائذي عائذة قريش، كوفي، والكوفيون يقولون: العيذي، وهو عائذ الله بن سعد العشيرة من مذحج، وربما كان هذا النسب أصح لان عائذة قريش ليس لها بالكوفة خطة، والخطة لعائذة اليمن. له كتاب أخبرنا أحمد بن محمد بن هارون قال: حدثنا أحمد بن محمد بن سعيد قال: حدثنا محمد بن أحمد بن ثابت أبو عبد الله الكلابي قال: حدثنا أبو الحسن بن إسحاق الكناني عنه بكتابه.

A'idha of Quraysh, Kufi. The Kufans say: al-Ayadhi. He is A'idh Allah ibn Sad al-Ashira from Madhhij. Perhaps this lineage is more correct because A'idha of Quraysh has no district in Kufa, while the district belongs to A'idha of Yemen.
