4. It was narrated to me by al-Hassan b. Ahmad from his father from Muhammad b. Ahmad from Sahl b. Ziyad from Ibn Sinan from Hamad b. Uthman from Abi Abdillah (a.s.) who said
“Applying Antimony helps hair growth, tears dry up, spit thickens and eyesight improves.”
حَدَّثَنِی الْحَسَنُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ أَبِیهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَحْمَدَ عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِیَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِی عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ع قَالَ
الْکُحْلُ یُنْبِتُ الشَّعْرَ وَ یُجَفِّفُ الدَّمْعَهَ وَ یُعْذِبُ الرِّیقَ وَ یَجْلُو الْبَصَرَ.
