Hadith 2174
۞
10. A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Muhammad ibn Sinan from Hammad ibn ‘Isa who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Applying eye powder grows hairs, dries up tears, sweetens saliva and sharpens eyesight.’”
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
الْكُحْلُ يُنْبِتُ الشَّعْرَ وَ يُجَفِّفُ الدَّمْعَةَ وَ وَ يُعْذِبُ الرِّيقَ وَ يَجْلُو الْبَصَرَ .
