Hadith.5042 - In the narration of Ibn Mahbub from Abu Ayyub from Burayd from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), regarding a man who forcibly violated a woman.
Imam (as) said
"He is to be killed, whether he is married or unmarried."
Man Lā Yaḥḍuruh al-Faqīh #405I asked Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as) about a man who forces himself upon a woman.
Imam (as) said: "He is to be killed."
