Hadith.5042 - In the narration of Ibn Mahbub from Abu Ayyub from Burayd from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), regarding a man who forcibly violated a woman. Imam (as) said
"He is to be killed, whether he is married or unmarried."
5042 - وَ فِي رِوَايَةِ اِبْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ
فِي رَجُلٍ اِغْتَصَبَ اِمْرَأَةً فَرْجَهَا قَالَ "يُقْتَلُ مُحْصَناً كَانَ أَوْ غَيْرَ مُحْصَنٍ".
