Hadith.5673 - Ibn Abi Nasr narrated from Abdul Karim ibn Amr, from Muhammad ibn Muslim, from Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), who said
I asked Imam (as) about a man who married a woman according to her own condition (by her terms), but he died before she could set the conditions.
Imam (as) said: "She is not entitled to a dowry (ṣadaq), but she inherits from him."
