Hadith 1560
Hadith.4765 - Musa ibn Bakr narrated from Zurarah that Abu Jafar (as) said
"A woman who has been divorced three times has no right to maintenance (nafaqa) or accommodation (sukna) from her husband. This is only for the woman whose husband still has the right to take her back (rajʿa)."
4765 - وَ رَوَى مُوسَى بْنُ بَكْرٍ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ
"اَلْمُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلاَثاً لَيْسَ لَهَا نَفَقَةٌ عَلَى زَوْجِهَا وَ لاَ سُكْنَى إِنَّمَا ذَلِكَ لِلَّتِي لِزَوْجِهَا عَلَيْهَا رَجْعَةٌ".
