Hadith 1217
Hadith.4431 - Amr ibn Shimr reported from Jabir, who said
I asked Abu Jafar Imam Muhammad ibn Ali Al-Baqir (as), about the midwife, whether it is permissible for the child she delivered to marry her. Imam (as) replied: "No, nor her daughter. She is like one of his mothers."
4431 - وَ رَوَى عَمْرُو بْنُ شِمْرٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ عَنِ اَلْقَابِلَةِ أَ يَحِلُّ لِلْمَوْلُودِ أَنْ يَنْكِحَهَا قَالَ "لاَ وَ لاَ اِبْنَتَهَا هِيَ كَبَعْضِ أُمَّهَاتِهِ".
