Hadith 1106

Hadith.4319 - Al-Ala narrated from Muhammad ibn Muslim who said
I asked him about oaths. Imam (as) said: "It is permissible to take an oath with every religious group according to what they regard as binding for oaths."
4319 - وَ رَوَى اَلْعَلاَءُ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنِ اَلْأَحْكَامِ فَقَالَ "يَجُوزُ عَلَى كُلِّ دَيِّنٍ بِمَا يَسْتَحْلِفُونَ".
