۞
1. My father, may Allah grant him mercy, said: We were told by Ahmad bin Idrees, from Muhammed bin Ahmad, from Ahmad bin Hilal, from Ibn Sinan, from Huraiz, from Fudail bin Yasar, from Abu Abdillah, peace be upon him, that he said: It is not to declare as Mahram [1] from breastfeeding except for that which is necessitated. He said
I said: And what is the necessitated? He said: The mother of the (child’s) raiser, or a hired wet nurse, or a bought servant. Whatever is by the like of that, is established.
