3. All of my scholars narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā Al-‘Aťťār, from Aḥmad ibn Abī Zāhir, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb, from Safwān ibn Yaḥyā, from Sayf ibn ‘Amīrah, from ‘Ǐs ibn Qāsim Al-Bajali, who said
I asked Abā ‘Abdillāh (Imam Sādiq (a.s.)), “Is it obligatory to perform Ghusl before going to the Ziyārah of Ḥusain (a.s.)?” Imam (a.s.) replied, “No.”
