Hadith 207

10. Muḥammad ibn Ja’far Al-Razzāz narrated to me from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain ibn Abil Khaťťāb, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl ibn Bazī’, from Abī Ismā’īl Al-Sarrāj, from Yaḥyā ibn Mu’ammar Al-‘Aťťār, from Abī Basīr, who said
Abū Ja’far (Imam Bāqir (a.s.)) said: There are four thousand disheveled angels who are covered with dust who cry over Ḥusain (a.s.) (and will continue to do so) until the Day of Judgment. They receive everyone who comes to (the Ziyārah of) Ḥusain (a.s.). If the ZUWWĀR of Ḥusain (a.s.) become ill, they go to visit them and when they die, they attend (their funerals). The above Ḥadīth has also been narrated to me through the following chain: My father, from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥusain, from Muḥammad ibn Ismā’īl ibn Bazī’, from Abī Ismā’īl Al-Sarrāj, from Yaḥyā ibn Mu’ammar Al-‘Aťťār, from Abī Basīr, from Abī Ja’far (a.s.).
10 وَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الرَّزَّازُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ أَبِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ السَّرَّاجِ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ مَعْمَرٍ الْعَطَّارِ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (ع) قَالَ
أَرْبَعَةُ آلَافِ مَلَكٍ شُعْثٌ غُبْرٌ يَبْكُونَ الْحُسَيْنَ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ فَلَا يَأْتِيهِ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا اسْتَقْبَلُوهُ وَ لَا يَمْرَضُ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا عَادُوهُ وَ لَا يَمُوتُ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا شَهِدُوهُ وَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بِإِسْنَادِهِ مِثْلَهُ
