Hadith 108
۞
1. My father narrated to me from Sa’d ibn ‘Abdillāh ibn Abī Khalaf, ‘Abdillāh ibn Ja’far Al-Ḥimyari, and Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā Al-‘Aťťār, from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad ibn ‘Isā, from ‘Ali ibn Ḥakam, and from others, from Jamīl ibn Durrāj, from his brother Nūḥ, from (Yaḥyā ibn ‘Abdillāh) Al-Ajlaḥ, from Salamah ibn Kuhayl, from ‘Abdil ‘Azīz, who said
‘Ali, (the Commander of the Believers (a.s.)), said: The Messenger of Allāh (s.a.a.w.) used to say, “O ‘Ali! These two sons – meaning Ḥasan and Ḥusain (a.s.) – have caused me to forget about loving anyone else aside from them. Verily My Lord ordered me to love them and to love those who love them.”
1 حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي (رحمه الله) عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي خَلَفٍ وَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْحِمْيَرِيِّ وَ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ يَحْيَى الْعَطَّارِ جَمِيعاً عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ وَ غَيْرِهِ عَنْ جَمِيلِ بْنِ دَرَّاجٍ عَنْ أَخِيهِ نُوحٍ عَنِ الْأَجْلَحِ عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ (ع) قَالَ
كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ (ص) يَقُولُ يَا عَلِيُّ لَقَدْ أَذْهَلَنِي هَذَانِ الْغُلَامَانِ يَعْنِي الْحَسَنَ وَ الْحُسَيْنَ (ع) أَنْ أُحِبَّ بَعْدَهُمَا أَحَداً أَبَداً إِنَّ رَبِّي أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُحِبَّهُمَا وَ أُحِبَّ مَنْ يُحِبُّهُمَا
