Imam Ali (AS) said, Indeed the best Jihād is the struggle of a man against his [carnal] soul.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : إنَّ أفْضَلَ الجِهادِ مُجاهَدَةُ الرَّجُلِ نَفْسَهُ
