Imam Ali (AS) said, The best Jihād is the struggle of a man against his [carnal] soul.
الإمامُ عليٌّ (عَلَيهِ الّسَلامُ) : أفْضَلُ الجِهادِ مُجاهَدَةُ المَرْءِ نَفْسَهُ
