1. My father (RA) said: Ahmad ibn Idris said, on the authority of Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Yahya ibn `Imran al-Ash`ari, on the authority of Muhammad ibn al-Sindi, on the authority of `Ali ibn al-Hakam, on the authority of Hisham ibn Salim that Abu `Abd Allah al-Sadiq (AS) said
“There is nothing which causes fear or which causes delight [qabd wa bast] in which Allah has not placed a favor and a trial (for His Servants).”
1 - أبي رحمه الله قال: حدثنا أحمد بن إدريس، عن محمد بن أحمد بن يحيى ابن عمران الأشعري، عن محمد بن السندي، عن علي بن الحكم، عن هشام بن سالم، عن أبي عبد الله عليه السلام قال
ما من قبض ولا بسط إلا ولله فيه المن والابتلاء.
