Hadith 709

6. Aban has narrated from abu al-‘Abbas who has said the following
“I once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about the hunting of falcons and hawks. He (the Imam) said, ‘Do not use for food what falcons and hawks kill as well as what the predator birds kill.’”
أَبَانٌ عَنْ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ صَيْدِ الْبَازِي وَ الصَّقْرِ فَقَالَ لَا تَأْكُلْ مَا قَتَلَ الْبَازِي وَ الصَّقْرُ وَ لَا تَأْكُلْ مَا قَتَلَ سِبَاعُ الطَّيْرِ .
