6. Abu Ali al-Ash‘ariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn ‘Abd al-Jabbar and abu al-‘Abbas al-Razzaz from Ayyub ibn Nuh all from Safwan from ibn Muskan from abu Basir who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Divorce of a pregnant woman is one and her waiting period is childbirth, if it is the nearer of the two.’”
أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ وَ أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الرَّزَّازُ عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ نُوحٍ جَمِيعاً عَنْ صَفْوَانَ عَنِ ابْنِ مُسْكَانَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ
قَالَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) طَلَاقُ الْحُبْلَى وَاحِدَةٌ وَ أَجَلُهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَمْلَهَا وَ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ الْأَجَلَيْنِ .
