Hadith 328

2. Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn ’Isma‘il ibn Bazi‘ from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl from abu al- Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Divorce of a pregnant woman is once and her waiting period is the closest of the two periods, (that is, childbirth or three months).’”
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ بَزِيعٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْفُضَيْلِ عَنْ أَبِي الصَّبَّاحِ الْكِنَانِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
طَلَاقُ الْحَامِلِ وَاحِدَةٌ وَ عِدَّتُهَا أَقْرَبُ الْأَجَلَيْنِ .
