Hadith 325

8. Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah who has said the following
“I once asked Muhammad ibn abu Hamzah about when a man absent from his wife can divorce. He said that Ishaq ibn ‘Ammar narrated to him from abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), or abu al-Hassan (a.s.), who said that he can do so after one month.”
حُمَيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَمَاعَةَ قَالَ
سَأَلْتُ مُحَمَّدَ بْنَ أَبِي حَمْزَةَ مَتَى يُطَلِّقُ الْغَائِبُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ أَوْ رَوَى إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) أَوْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ إِذَا مَضَى لَهُ شَهْرٌ .
