Hadith 318
۞
1. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn ‘Udhaynah from Zurarah from ibn Bukayr who has said the following
“I can testify that I heard abu Ja‘far (a.s.), saying, ‘A man absent from his wife can divorce her by counting new moons and months.’”
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُمَيْرٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أُذَيْنَةَ عَنْ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ بُكَيْرٍ قَالَ
أَشْهَدُ عَلَى أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) أَنِّي سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ الْغَائِبُ يُطَلِّقُ بِالْأَهِلَّةِ وَ الشُّهُورِ .
