۞
3. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from ibn ‘Udhaynah from Zurarah and Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“Abu Ja’far (a.s.), has said, ‘Divorce does not take place without witnesses, however, going back to one’s wife without witnesses is lawful but having witnesses for it is better.’”
