Hadith 1767

8. Al-Husayn ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ahmad ibn Ishaq from Bakr ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Ya‘fur who has said the following
“Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If one drinks intoxicating al-Nabidh his testimony is not acceptable in any of the drinks, even if he believes in what you believe.’”
الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي يَعْفُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ
إِذَا شَرِبَ الرَّجُلُ النَّبِيذَ الْمَخْمُورَ فَلَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَتُهُ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنَ الْأَشْرِبَةِ وَ لَوْ كَانَ يَصِفُ مَا تَصِفُونَ .
