Hadith 1846

1. Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā narrated from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad, from Ibn Faḍḍāl, from Ibn Bukayr, from Muḥammad ibn Muslim, who said
"I heard Abū Jaʿfar al-Baqir (as) say regarding a man who marries a woman through mutʿah (temporary marriage): They will inherit from each other unless they make a stipulation (to the contrary). Indeed, the stipulation is made after the marriage."
1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ مُتْعَةً إِنَّهُمَا يَتَوَارَثَانِ مَا لَمْ يَشْتَرِطَا وَإِنَّمَا الشَّرْطُ بَعْدَ النِّكَاحِ.
