Hadith 1846
1. Muḥammad ibn Yaḥyā narrated from Aḥmad ibn Muḥammad, from Ibn Faḍḍāl, from Ibn Bukayr, from Muḥammad ibn Muslim, who said
"I heard Abū Jaʿfar al-Baqir (as) say regarding a man who marries a woman through mutʿah (temporary marriage): They will inherit from each other unless they make a stipulation (to the contrary). Indeed, the stipulation is made after the marriage."
1- مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ ابْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنِ ابْنِ بُكَيْرٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ قَالَ
سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ مُتْعَةً إِنَّهُمَا يَتَوَارَثَانِ مَا لَمْ يَشْتَرِطَا وَإِنَّمَا الشَّرْطُ بَعْدَ النِّكَاحِ.

2. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr who has said the following
“Abu al-Hassan al-Rida’ (a.s.), has said, ‘Marriage in the manner of al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) can be with or without inheritance. There is inheritance if it is stipulated; and there is not any inheritance if it is not stipulated.’ It also is narrated that there is not any inheritance no matter a condition is set or is not set.’”
2- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي الْحَسَنِ الرِّضَا (عَلَيْهِ السَّلام) قَالَ
تَزْوِيجُ الْمُتْعَةِ نِكَاحٌ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَنِكَاحٌ بِغَيْرِ مِيرَاثٍ فَإِنِ اشْتَرَطَتْ كَانَ وَإِنْ لَمْ تَشْتَرِطْ لَمْ يَكُنْ. وَرُوِيَ أَيْضاً لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا مِيرَاثٌ اشْتُرِطَ أَوْ لَمْ يُشْتَرَطْ.
