Hadith 1961

6. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad ibn ‘Isa from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following
“I asked abu Ja‘far and abu ‘Abd Allah, ‘Alayhim al-Salam, about a garden which has fruits that if sold becomes wealth and if there is Zakat on it. He (the Imam) said, ‘No, Zakat is not due on it.’”
6ـ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ حَرِيزٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ وَأَبِي عَبْدِ الله (عَلَيْهِ الْسَّلام) فِي الْبُسْتَانِ تَكُونُ فِيهِ مِنَ الثِّمَارِ مَا لَوْ بِيعَ كَانَ مَالاً هَلْ فِيهِ صَدَقَةٌ قَالَ لاَ.
