Ahmad b. Ziyad b. Ja`far al-Hamadani (ra) narrated to us. He said: `Ali b. Ibrahim narrated to us from his father Ibrahim b. Hashim from `Ali b. Mu`abbad from al-Husayn b. Khalid. He said
I said to al-Rida (as): O son of the Messenger of Allah! Inform me about the Quran: is it the Creator, or is it created? So, he said: It is not the Creator, nor is it created, but rather it is the words of Allah.
