Hadith 763
۞
Muhammad b. `Ali Majiluwayh (rh) narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. Yahya al-`Attar narrated to us. He said: Ja`far b Muhammad al-Kufi narrated to us. He said: Muhammad b. al-Husayn b. Zayd narrated to us from `Abdullah b. al-Fadl from al-Sadiq Ja`far b. Muhammad from his father from his forefathers (as). He said
The Messenger of Allah (s) said: On the night that Allah made me ascend to heaven, my Lord said to me: “O Muhammad!” So, I said: “I am at Your service, my Lord.” So, he said: “Surely, `Ali is My Proof over My creation after you. He is the Imam of the people of My obedience. Whoever obeys him has obeyed Me, and whoever disobeys him has disobeyed Me. Establish him as a sign for your Nation so that they may be guided after you.”
27 - حدثنا محمد بن علي ماجيلويه (رحمه الله)، قال: حدثنا محمد بن يحيى العطار، قال: حدثنا جعفر بن محمد الكوفي، قال: حدثنا محمد بن الحسين بن زيد، عن عبد الله بن الفضل، عن الصادق جعفر بن محمد، عن أبيه، عن آبائه (عليهم السلام)، قال
قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): ليلة أسرى بي إلى السماء كلمني ربي جل جلاله فقال: يا محمد. فقلت: لبيك ربي. فقال: إن عليا حجتي بعدك على خلقي، وإمام أهل طاعتي، من أطاعه أطاعني، ومن عصاه عصاني، فانصبه علما لامتك يهتدون به بعدك (3).
