Hadith 332

Muhammad b. Ahmad al-Asadi narrated to us. He said: Ahmad b. Muhammad b. al-Hasan al-`Amiri narrated to us. He said: Ibrahim b. `Isa b. `Ubayd al-Sadusi narrated to us. He said: Sulayman b. `Amr narrated to us from `Abdullah b. Hasan b. Hasan b. `Ali from his mother Fatima bt. al-Husayn from her father (as). He said
The Messenger of Allah (s) said: The first things to rectify this Nation are asceticism and certainty, and the last things to destroy it are stinginess and wishful thinking.

قال رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله): إن صلاح أول هذه الامة بالزهد واليقين، وهلاك آخرها بالشح والامل (5).
